There are only a few weeks left until the election.
Joe Biden and his campaign are trying to ramp up the claims that COVID is all Trump’s fault.
Ignoring the many mistakes made by Democrat governors, Biden promises he’d do much better.
(Even though everything Biden has talked about… Trump’s already done.)
Mike Pence is striking back. He just exposed a what Biden did the last time a pandemic hit the country:
Pence noted, as he did during his debate with Harris, that 60 million Americans were infected on Biden’s watch with the swine flu during the H1N1 pandemic…
“So H1N1 hits in spring 2009, their first year in office, and I’ll just quote Ron Klain , his chief of staff, who said, ‘we did every possible thing wrong.’”
Pence slammed Biden, pointing to the fact that 60 million Americans got swine flu during Joe’s time as VP.
Swine flu is less deadly than COVID, so fewer Americans died. But what would have happened if COVID hit while Joe Biden was in office? We shudder to think.
(Also keep in mind American swine flu deaths accounted for 70% of global fatalities, that’s utterly unacceptable.)
Pence hammered Biden by quoting Joe’s own former chief of staff. Ron Klain said Biden’s team “did every possible thing wrong.”
That explains the staggering 60 million Americans infected. Yet the media at the time didn’t utter a peep.
Imagine if those numbers were the same right now? COVID has proven to be a serious threat to certain demographics. We can’t afford that many Americans to get this virus.
What would Biden have done—had he been in office February or this year? Remember, he called Trump “xenophobic” for taking an early, aggressive move to battle the virus.
Would Biden have sat back and done nothing in the early months of the pandemic? How many would have been infected—and how many would have suffered?
It’s no secret that Biden often relies on the media to cover up his many mistakes. But when it comes to COVID, there is no room for error.
Thanks to China, many Americans have been hit hard. We know what Biden would have done, from what he literally did last time.
Can we afford that kind of leadership?
- Mike Pence exposed Biden’s response to the swine flu when he was vice president.
- Over 60 million Americans were infected with the disease on Joe’s watch.
- Joe’s chief of staff admitted they did everything wrong.
