Bidens USAID Funneled $122 Million To Terrorist-Linked Organizations, Investigation Reveals

Americans expect their government to be responsible stewards of their tax dollars. We trust our officials to allocate funds to programs that strengthen our nation and protect our interests abroad. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) was established to provide foreign aid that advances American values and security.

These expectations seem reasonable. After all, government agencies should serve the American people first. Oversight and accountability should be non-negotiable principles. But let’s be honest – when has big government ever met our reasonable expectations?

However, what happens when these principles are abandoned? When bureaucratic negligence allows American money to flow into the wrong hands?

The truth is shocking. Former U.S. Army Special Forces veteran Jim Hanson revealed that USAID has misdirected millions of taxpayer dollars to terrorist organizations. This bombshell came during his appearance on Fox Business’s The Evening Edit, where he detailed the findings of a Middle East Forum report showing $122 million flowing to radical groups and terrorist-linked organizations.

“The very idea of our tax dollars going to fund terrorist groups is intolerable,” Hanson said. “On the second day of the administration, the Middle East Forum sent in a report that detailed that $122 million that Greg Roman was talking about when he testified.”

This isn’t just administrative incompetence. It’s a national security disaster. I can’t help but wonder: is anyone in Washington actually watching where our money goes?

Taxpayer Dollars Funding Terror

The specifics are even more alarming. Just days before Hamas’ October 7 attack on Israel, Joe Biden’s USAID allocated over $900,000 to a charity in Gaza linked to the son of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.

Let that sink in. American money potentially supporting the very terrorists who would soon launch one of the deadliest attacks against our ally. You truly can’t make this stuff up.

World Vision, a major recipient of USAID funding, received nearly $2 billion over the past two decades. They facilitated a $125,000 grant to an entity linked to Al-Qaeda’s precursor, even after receiving explicit warnings. In 2023, Helping Hand for Relief and Development received $78,000 from USAID, despite connections to the orchestrator of the 2008 Mumbai attacks.

These aren’t isolated incidents. Instead, they represent a systemic failure of oversight and responsibility. Make no mistake – this is what happens when bureaucrats handle national security.

How did this happen? Hanson points to a specific policy change. The Biden administration removed crucial vetting regulations established under the first Donald Trump administration. These safeguards were designed specifically to prevent American aid from reaching terrorist organizations.

“There was nothing about the Biden administration’s policy towards the war in Gaza that made the slightest bit of sense,” Hanson argued. “This is hard to see as anything but malfeasance. As Gregg pointed out, they removed any ability to look to see where the money was going.”

The consequences were immediate and devastating. Without proper vetting, millions flowed to organizations with known terrorist ties. USAID claimed they maintained oversight of $34 million in cash sent to Gaza. The evidence suggests otherwise. Are we really supposed to believe they tracked cash in a war zone when they can’t even properly vet their recipients?

Criminal Investigations Needed

The findings have prompted calls for serious legal action. Hanson didn’t mince words about the next steps required.

“We’ve asked the Justice Department through the State Department and through the DOGE subcommittee to open an investigation and look at who has violated both the material support for terrorism Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and sanctions against designated terrorist entities statutes,” Hanson said.

“There are criminals who need to be brought to justice,” he concluded.

The investigation gained additional momentum when Elon Musk’s team began examining USAID practices. Their findings have reportedly raised the possibility of criminal charges against those responsible for these oversight failures.

This isn’t just about administrative errors. It’s about potential violations of laws designed to prevent American support for terrorism. The consequences should match the severity of these failures.

Americans deserve better than having their hard-earned tax dollars funneled to those who wish us harm. The Biden administration’s removal of critical vetting procedures directly endangered American security and undermined our foreign policy objectives. When will Washington learn that our safety is more important than bureaucratic convenience?

Key Takeaways:

  • USAID funneled millions to terrorist organizations while Biden officials dismantled Trump-era vetting safeguards.
  • Just days before Hamas attacked Israel, $900,000 in American aid went to a charity linked to Hamas leadership.
  • Criminal investigations are necessary as these payments likely violated multiple anti-terrorism laws.
  • American taxpayers deserve accountability and the immediate restoration of proper oversight procedures.
