Democrats were shaking in their boots as news spread of Trump’s visit to Iowa. The state is the first stop for any presidential primary. And although we are three years away from the next election, Trump’s appearance sent shockwaves through the political world.
Polls revealed that Trump’s popularity in the state was higher than when he was in office. That was proven to be true when a staggering number of folks came out to see him over the weekend.
From The Right Scoop:
Local news reports that over TWENTY THOUSAND supporters attended the Save America rally at the Des Moines, Iowa county fairground on Saturday, October 9, 2021. The rally featured Gov. Kim Reynolds, Sen. Chuck Grassley, and of course, 45th (so far) President of the United States Donald Trump.

And Sen. Chuck Grassley, as Trump ally, was on hand to blast the failed Biden administration.

“Are you better off then you were ten months ago?” Sen. @ChuckGrassley asks the crowd at the #SaveAmerica rally in Iowa ahead of former President Trump’s speech.
Donald Trump drew a crowd of around 20,000 people during his Des Moines, Iowa visit over the weekend. The massive event took place on open fairgrounds last Saturday and featured several notable Republicans from the state.
Before the 45th president made his mark, Sen. Grassley spoke to the cheering crowd. He torched Biden’s failed policies and asked one probing question. “Are you better off then you were ten months ago?” The crowd of Trump folks knew how to answer.
Grassley vowed that every Republican senator would not support Biden’s toxic spending agenda. The crowd was quick to boo the many times Grassley mentioned Biden’s terrible decisions.
Trump entered the rally to the customary cheers and support. The massive turnout shows that interest in this president does not seem to be dying down. The MSM and liberal establishment have done everything they could think of to turn people away from Trump.
But now, even Jon Stewart is admitting that Trump has a “very good chance” at securing 2024.
From The Hill:
Jon Stewart says former President Trump has “a very good chance” of winning back the White House if he enters the 2024 race.
“I think he’s got it — he’s got a very good chance. And they’re smarter about it,” Stewart said Sunday during an interview with David Remnick at the 22nd annual New Yorker Festival.
Democrats should be getting worried. Really worried.
- President Trump brought out 20,000 supporters for his Iowa rally.
- Grassley showed his support, blasting Joe Biden’s failing record.
- Even liberal host Jon Stewart admitted Trump has a very good chance in 2024.
