They didn’t think Donald would dare – he’s doing it!

Democrats are pretty ticked that the Supreme Court now has a conservative majority—but there’s more change on the horizon and Trump just made their day even worse.

We know that Clarence Thomas is going nowhere. But several liberal justices have health issues or are getting too old to serve. Most notably, the left’s heroine Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

It’s only a matter of time before RBG is gone.

And Trump just switched a big policy that will have liberals fuming.

President Trump on Monday said he would make a nomination to the Supreme Court if there’s a vacancy before the 2020 presidential election.

“Would I do that? Of course,” Trump said in an exclusive interview with The Hill when asked if he would try to fill a high court vacancy during election season.

Boom. Democrats should be really worried right about now that Trump’s willing to appoint a 3rd Supreme Court justice in only his first term.

They already lost the Supreme Court for the next 30 years. But they held out hope that Ginsburg would hold on for a few more years.

If she was able to make it to 2020, maybe, just maybe, we’d have a liberal president to replace her.

Sorry, Dem’s, but that’s not going to happen.

Chances are slim that any 2020 Democrats will oust Trump. But if RBG leaves her seat before 2020, Trump will make sure that seat is filled by a conservative.

He’s flipping his stance from 2016 when he said Obama shouldn’t fill any seats before the election. He tried, but Republicans in the Senate blocked him.

Now, with a firmly Republican Senate, Trump has a chance to add yet another Constitutionally-minded justice even before the election.

If Ginsburg or anyone else steps down, Trump will be there to fill the seat.

This is a big deal. With a 6 to 3 majority in the Supreme Court, radical liberal activists will be on the losing end of court cases for the next generation.

Can you imagine the impact, the legacy, of Donald Trump if he can appoint 3, 4, or even 5 justices that follow the law?

With important cases soon to be coming up (think: Alabama’s abortion law), they are running scared.

Add to that the fact that their judicial activism is a thing of the past, leftists are quickly running out of options for turning America into a dictator state.

Can’t say I feel bad for them.
