The media was trying very hard to push their narrative that Biden won the investigation. We can see why.
They were probably hoping the Republicans would back down, refusing to call for investigations and transparency.
While some RINOs have buckled and given up, key GOP leaders are still fighting the good fight alongside Trump. And that includes Sen. Ted Cruz.
He has spoken about the need to protect the integrity of our election. And he has pointed out how odd and unacceptable it was that Pennsylvania’s officials tried to change voting rules at the last minute.
Now, he’s going a step further. If a major case makes it before the Supreme Court, Cruz himself will be there.
From Daily Wire:
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said on Monday that if the Supreme Court takes up the election lawsuit out of Pennsylvania that he will present the oral argument to the nation’s highest court…
“I have agreed, and told them that, if the Court takes the appeal, I will stand ready to present the oral argument.”
Ted Cruz announced that he would present the oral argument before the SCOTUS if they take up the case concerning Pennsylvania’s election results.
Cruz is a highly-educated senator and is considered the Senate’s foremost scholar on the Constitution. If anyone has the knowledge and experience to argue this case, it’s him.
He is also an accomplished debater and eloquent speaker, and has a lot of experience arguing cases in front of the Supreme Court. So, his role in this case might prove crucial.
Cruz has argued that Pennsylvania denied their own constitution by changing significant voting rules right before the election—without passing an amendment. Without passing an amendment, those rules may be unconstitutional.
Which means millions of ballots would be thrown out, possibly handing Trump a victory in the House.
There are numerous battles being wagds in several states over the election results. Trump and his team maintain that he won fairly, as long as only legal votes are counted.
A major battle focuses on Pennsylvania, which would give Trump a strong foothold to win, should he get those votes.
If the Supreme Court takes up the case, it could have a tremendous impact on the election results.
