In recent years, we’ve seen how top federal agencies have been politicized by the left. Groups that are supposed to defend all Americans–upholding truth and justice–now seem to be simply organized thugs for Democrats.
The DOJ and FBI are the worst. They suppressed investigations to help Biden get elected. They raided the home of Democrats’ biggest political rival. And now, after the Supreme Court issued a historic ruling, the DOJ has broken records going after Americans. The crime? Being pro-life.

Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta said earlier this month that the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division has faced growing “urgency” to work to protect reproductive services, in part by enforcing the FACE Act, following the Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. Jackson decision overturning Roe v. Wade.
In remarks delivered to mark the DOJ division’s 65th anniversary on Dec. 6, Gupta said the Supreme Court’s decision “dealt a devastating blow to women throughout the country.” […]
The Justice Department ramped up prosecutions of pro-life activists in the months following the Supreme Court decision to reverse Roe v. Wade, under the law that was barely used in 2020 and 2021 but has now been used to indict 26 people this year. In contrast, only four FACE Act indictments took place in 2021, according to the DOJ.

Um, I’m sorry. Since when has it been the DOJ’s job to comment on major rulings by the Supreme Court? The DOJ exists to uphold the law, including decisions made by the highest court in the land. Yet Democrat-dominated agencies like the DOJ have taken it upon themselves to push their radical agenda.
Even to the point of abusing their power. Former Attorney General Bill Barr revealed that there is a “deep state” of top officials who use their power to pursue political objectives. We see it here in full view. The Civil Rights Division of the DOJ is supposed to protect all Americans’ rights.
Instead, they are using the FACE Act to persecute pro-life advocates. Before the Dobbs decision, the law was rarely used. But now, it seems the Biden administration has extorted this law to hurt pro-life Americans.
The law prevents someone from threatening or using force to stop someone from seeking reproductive health services. Answer me this: how many pro-life groups are guilty of that? In reality, numerous leftists are guilty of this very thing. Countless pro-life groups and pregnancy centers have been firebombed in recent months.
That sounds like a violation of the FACE Act, right? Yet the DOJ has instead prosecuted 16 pro-life people this year. How many pro-choice people have they gone after?
