One of the mainstay liberal television shows that attacks Trump regularly is “Saturday Night Live.” The show has become a cultural nemesis to Trump and almost anything he says.
A recent SNL bit stepped into Trump’s world with a skit that mocked his character, personality, and his shoes. While SNL producers may have thought they were knocking Trump down a notch, they may not realize how badly they insulted Joe Biden.

Shane Gillis returned to his well-worn impression of former President Donald Trump on the latest outing of “Saturday Night Live” in a fake movie trailer centered on Trump’s recently released line of sneakers.
The faux trailer for White Men Can Trump saw the main character transform his hopeless on-court skills by wearing pair of the new line of Trump gold high tops — which retail for $399 – before the rest of his life is similarly turned around.
Trump revealed the exclusive new sneaker last week at Sneaker Con, which bills itself as “The Greatest Sneaker Show on Earth,” at the Philadelphia Convention Center. The shiny new sneakers are billed as, “Bold, gold, and tough, just like President Trump. “They’re for the go-getters who don’t know the word quit.”
SNL was quick to target Trump’s new kicks along with his personal character. Gillis’ portrayal of Trump in the skit tried to relay the leftist narrative that Trump is self-absorbed and always making a play for profits.
The skit portrays Trump as using the sneakers to wrangle a bigger office from his boss, using a scale that makes him weigh less than he actually does, and promoting himself as a human love machine in the bedroom.
There are two versions of Trump in the skit, and one tries to express that Trump can make it without the shoes.
“Nice shoes. Well, you know, in many ways, the real magic has been inside of you all along,” one Trump tells the other.
The other Trump replies:
“Wrong. It comes from the shoes. And you are coming off very stupid, and frankly, quite rude walking in here like this.”
The banter follows this character attack throughout the skit. What leftists may not have realized is the end of the skit hammers Joe Biden’s credibility as president.
A Biden character enters the skit at the end and boasts of his own “Air Bidens” to help him on the court. The problem is Biden falls over the instant he receives the ball on the court. SNL managed to close the show by exposing Biden’s physical frailty before a national audience.
