And it could help Americans all across the country!
Americans put Donald Trump into the White House because of his promise to drain the swamp.
Over the last three years, we’ve seen him do just that, but there’s a lot of work left.
Often he fights a one-man-battle against the tide of corruption in D.C. Rarely do we even see his own allies back his quest to end crooked Washington’s antics.
But two Republican senators are taking a stand. They just introduced legislation that could rob D.C. of one of its biggest powerplays.
And at the same time, it will turn around struggle communities all over the country.
From The Epoch Times:
Two Republican senators have introduced a bill that would see the majority of federal agency jobs move out of Washington, D.C., to economically distressed areas, in a bid to create local jobs across the country…
[The bill] will relocate most federal agencies out of the nation’s capital in a move which the pair say will boost local economies and save taxpayers’ money in the long term by slashing costs.
Wow. Republican senators have introduced a bill that will move nearly 90% of all federal jobs outside of D.C.
The federal government employs millions of Americans. This move will bring jobs and opportunity to regions in desperate need of rejuvenation.
At the same time, it will eliminate much of the corruption we see in government agencies. Lobbyists and special interests infest D.C. like a disease.
Removing these agencies and offices to other areas would make it harder for these groups to corrupt them.
This is a genius move. One that Democrats will have a hard time opposing.
How could they argue against a move that will help many cities across America? Don’t they want Americans working and doing well?
But, keep in mind, these are the same people who refuse to secure the border, didn’t vote on tax cuts, and are hoping for a recession.
It’s pretty clear that Democrats will do everything to prevent Americans from getting help. That means Americans must fight back by supporting bills like this.
