The Republican-led Senate is planning what may be the ultimate troll of Hillary Clinton.
The former Democratic candidate actually once congratulated herself on her birthday for being a “future president.”
Turns out, she was way off:

Happy birthday to this future president.
Because of her loss to Trump, she missed out on appointing three Supreme Court justices (so far).
And now, the Senate has some interesting plans for her birthday this year:
President Donald Trump has already confirmed two Supreme Court justices, and Republicans have the votes in the Senate to confirm his third nominee, Amy Coney Barrett. Mitch McConnell announced earlier today that the vote on Barrett will be held on October 26th – which just so happens to be Hillary’s birthday.
Ouch. The Senate has planned to vote to confirm Amy Coney Barrett on October 26—the same day as Hillary Clinton’s birthday.
It appears the Senate is unintentionally rubbing it in that Clinton will never get to appoint her own Supreme Court justices.
Democrats have melted down since Trump announced he was filling RBG’s seat before the election.
They have threatened everything from court-packing to all-out “war.”
But the numbers are clear. Senators like Ted Cruz are confident they have the votes to confirm Barrett to the highest court in the land before Election Day.
This is particularly crucial, as the court is now at only 8 justices. Which means important cases might hit a 4-4 split.
By appointing a new justice, Trump is ensuring important upcoming cases (like Obamacare) won’t be in jeopardy.
It also gives the court a firm conservative majority, which is the cause of most liberals’ panic.
They fear what might happen in the coming years, without a radical left-wing Supreme Court.
Most Americans feared what would have happened if we had a radical, left-wing Supreme Court.
Hillary Clinton would have certainly found the most extreme judges to fill SCOTUS seats. Not such much with respected judges, but radical activists.
Thankfully, we never have to worry about that.
- The Senate will vote to confirm Amy Coney Barrett on October 26, Hillary Clinton’s birthday.
- Clinton infamously tweeted she was a “future president” years ago on her birthday.
- Because of her loss, Clinton missed out on appointing three justices to the Supreme Court.
