With just days before the new Congress begins, Democrats are rushing to get done as much as possible. But… not for the American people. Nope, they are trying to use the upcoming military spending bill to bail out their old buddies.
Democrats–with help from RINOs like Mitch McConnell–are trying to sneak a massive payout for the liberal media in a bill meant to fund the military. This is a last-ditch attempt to save the legacy media, which is losing big time because of years of dishonesty. But a small band of Republicans is fighting back.

Can you believe this? Mitch McConnell, a so-called “conservative,” is conspiring with Democrats to sneak through a bill that would bail out the corrupt media. This Journalism Competition and Preservation Act would give the mainstream media special privileges and protections–despite years of lying to the American public.
Even Democrat supporters are opposed to this measure. Yet the D.C. swamp needs to protect its allies in the media, who have been lying to support them for decades. The worst part is that they are trying to attach this to a bill meant for funding our Armed Forces.
The scheme is obvious. If they attach this to the NDAA, then anyone who votes “No” will be voting against funding our troops. Another scheme by McConnell is to “hotwire” this bill, which would rush the bill through if no senator objects.
But a growing number of Republicans in the Senate are opposing this scheme. Tom Cotton has been mobilizing senators for this cause. So far, ten Republicans refuse to support this bill. They include Marsha Blackburn, Mike Lee, and Ron Johnson.
If this bill passes, hundreds of millions–perhaps even billions–of Big Tech dollars will be given to the dying MSM. The corrupt industry is working overtime to manipulate the D.C. swamp to get what it wants.
But if enough Republicans hold their ground, this evil industry will be denied this lifeline.
