Despite everything Biden and his swamp dwellers are doing in D.C., red states continue to score wins for the American people. In recent years, Republican-led states have struck huge wins for their residents. So much so, that many Americans are fleeing blue states to much better pastures.
One red state struck a major win for Americans when it passed a recent, historic law. Numerous states have passed similar laws, attracting harsh backlash from the radical left. Democrats have gone to great lengths to shut down this trend. But not only did this law pass, but it appears the left is admitting defeat before it even went into effect!
Abortion clinics in Indiana have stopped ending the lives of unborn babies in anticipation of a pro-life law that is expected to take effect.
The state’s six abortion clinics have stopped performing abortions but will continue to offer other services, the Associated Press reported Tuesday…
The law will eliminate the licenses for all seven abortion clinics in the states, one of which shuttered in June.
Woah. Indiana passed one of the toughest pro-life laws in the country. Naturally, Democrats fought in court to block the law. They managed to delay when the law would go into effect. But despite that, the state’s six abortion clinics have already stopped performing the heinous procedure.
The new law bans most abortions. Abortions are only allowed at hospitals in the case of rape or incest, and not past 10 weeks. Abortions are allowed after 20 weeks only if the life of the mother is in danger or for a “fatal fetal anomaly.” On top of that, the law revokes the licenses for all existing abortion clinics.
This is a huge win for Americans. Although Democrats are still trying to oppose the law in court, abortionists have already given up.
In most pro-life states, Democrats are trying to come up with schemes to force abortion. They have taken states to court over pro-life laws. And the Biden administration has tried to push abortion onto young women by sending the “abortion pill” through the mail.
But it appears most attempts at undermining states’ rights are failing.
- Abortion clinics in Indiana have stopped performing abortions.
- This comes as a new law is soon to take effect, banning most abortions.
- Democrats have fought to force abortion onto red states, even after pro-life laws are passed.
