What’s Happening:
Sen Joe Manchin is struggling to win back voters in his home state of West Virginia. The moderate Democrat sided with Joe Biden last year, passing a massive tax and spend bill. If he hopes to win re-election in 2024, he needs to convince the many conservative voters back home he’s not another braindead Biden follower.
So, he backed a major bill that shuts down just one of Biden’s idiotic schemes.
You’d think siding with Republicans to overturn a Biden move would outrage other Senate Democrats. The left has enough votes in the Senate to stonewall any move made by Senate Republicans. But soon after Manchin threw this Biden policy into the chipper, other Democrats joined him.

The Senate and House bills were introduced earlier this year, months after Biden implemented a 24-month pause on the enforcement of solar panel anti-circumvention tariffs amid pressure from climate and green energy groups.
A growing number of Senate Democrats appear to be supporting a Republican-backed bill that would reverse Biden’s tariff freeze on Chinese-made solar panels. In his mad dash to force Americans to “go green,” Biden made it easier for China to off-load their low-quality solar panels onto our economy.
It doesn’t even bother Joe Biden that China implements slave labor and other human rights violations to produce these “green” products. And by freezing tariffs, it ensures that consumers send their money to communist China, not American-owned companies.
Why would Biden do that? Because he cares more about the radical left’s “climate agenda” than he does helping working Americans.
After Joe Manchin voiced his support for ending this tariff freeze, other leading Senate Democrats followed suit. It could be Democrats are finally standing up to Biden and his radical agenda. Or, they fear the fallout of Biden’s pro-China policies as the election rolls around.
Either case, we need to see much more of this.
