President Trump gave a 70-minute acceptance speech in front of the White House on the last night of the RNC.
Millions across America were watching—both on TV and online streaming sources.
In fact, more than a few Democrats were watching the memorable speech.
So, what did they think of it? It looks like Joe Biden’s not going to be happy about it:
Not on the fence anymore! But that’s not all. Here’s a longtime Democrat:
C-SPAN opened the phone lines to let viewers share their thoughts on the night’s events.
And it appears that numerous, longtime Democrats once again are voicing their support for Trump.
One woman called the DNC gloomy, but she was impressed by the RNC’s willingness to call out human trafficking, vowing to end the crime.
She said she was on the fence this election, but after hearing Trump’s speech, she’s all in for the president.
Another man called in, saying he was a lifelong Democrat, but is now voting for Donald Trump.
He specifically lamented how Democrats refused to discuss the damage caused by recent riots. He also accused the left of having no respect for the law.
These are comments we’ve been seeing come in again and again in recent weeks. They aren’t coming from diehard Trump supporters, but Democratic voters who only recently disliked the president.
But they are losing faith in their own party, as Democrat leaders ignore riots and violence and call for more and more social justice.
Meanwhile, Trump and the GOP are calling to restore law and order, protect our cities, and help all Americans.
The RNC struck a note of optimism and hope for the country after the DNC seemed all misery and hate.
It’s hard to ignore the backlash brewing among liberal voters in blue cities. They have faithfully voted for Democrats for years.
Only for Democrat governors and mayors to ignore or encourage riots. They’ve even defunded the police, jeopardizing every last citizen.
It seems like many Democrat votes are saying “enough is enough.” There might be a massive red wave for Trump this year—coming from formerly blue voters.
