After Liberals Call Mike Rowe A ‘Trump Pawn,’ Mike Unloads A Patriotic Reply

TV personality Mike Rowe has won over viewers with his charm and blue-collar ethics.

He has hosted numerous shows that celebrate the unsung Americans who make this country great. As such, he has been associated with hard-working, everyday people—the kind of people who are very patriotic.

But Mike Rowe is one of those few celebrities that can cross political divides.

His content has appeared across a variety of networks, including news networks like CNN. He has followers that are both liberal and conservative, and plenty who are non-political.

Perhaps Rowe’s best strength is in using every opportunity to reach out to people. That includes his new show that is being aired on a Christian network.

Well, that didn’t sit well with the soft-brain liberals … but when they attacked him for being on TBN, he struck back on Facebook.

From IJR:

“Mike Rowe, the former star of ‘Dirty Jobs,’ took to Facebook to launch a fiery response to critics of his new show, ‘Somebody’s Gotta Do It.’

In a lengthy post, Rowe addressed four ‘love letters’ to critics who bashed his new show for making a profit and being on a Christian Network, Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN)…

Parks was not the only critic to attack Rowe’s decision to host the new show on TBN.

Critics wrote that Rowe’s decision ‘excludes and offends’ them, adding, ‘I am not interested in your or anyone’s religion… Now you have sold your soul to a religious establishment.’

Rowe blasted the critic, writing, “If you’re not interested in the opinions of others, why do you suppose anyone would be interested in yours?

A final critic felt that Americans like to ‘keep their head in the sand,’ adding, ‘you have figured out a way to profit off one of the only things that tugs at their heartstrings.’

Rowe countered this point, writing that Americans are ‘not only informed about what’s happening in America, they’re sick of hearing about it 24/7.'”

To be clear, Rowe has never pushed religion or God in his content. He might be a Christian, but it’s clear from the show that’s not his goal.

His goal is to celebrate people of all backgrounds, and to inspire others to work hard. That’s an ideology this country desperately needs right now, too!

And in response to his critics, he uses his intelligence and reason to pick apart their knee-jerk, emotion-fueled reactions, and the result is patriotic gloriousness.

The fact of the matter is, Rowe represents many Americans; Americans who work hard and want to see the country thrive. Regardless of their politics, they are happy to see the economy boom and jobs going up.

And they want to focus on the GOOD things that are happening today.

Sadly, there are far too many liberals who refuse to do that.
