If you haven’t realized it by now, the left’s “climate agenda” has little to do with battling climate change.
Instead, Democrats have come up with a good scheme to bilk taxpayers out of billions and billions of dollars — all so they can restrict private businesses and funnel money into their buddies’ bank accounts.
But nobody on the left can explain how spending our money is going to do a single thing to help the planet.
Republican Sen. John Kennedy grilled one of Biden’s lackeys on a proposed $50 trillion budget to battle climate change. The senator, reasonably, demanded to know how this money would help reduce global temperatures.
And the Biden official’s response wasn’t up to snuff, according to critics.

Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., left one Biden administration official without words Wednesday when he pressed him to answer one simple question: How much would spending $50 trillion in American taxpayer money to become carbon-neutral lower global temperatures?
‘How much, if we do our part, is it going to reduce world temperatures?’ Kennedy asked again.
‘So, we’re 13% of global emissions right now,’ Turk responded, before Kennedy jumped in again, saying, ‘You don’t know, do you? You don’t know, do you?’
‘… You just want us to spend $50 trillion, and you don’t have the slightest idea whether it’s going to reduce world temperatures,’ Kennedy said.
Sen. Kennedy rocked Biden’s DOE official who was demanding a staggeringly large sum of money on the left’s climate agenda.
Turk simply couldn’t explain to Kennedy how robbing Americans of $50 trillion was going to reduce global temperatures–the main cause (according to the left) of climate change.
Naysayers maintain that Democrats just want to spend our money, with nothing to show for it.
They’ve been doing it for years: on welfare, government contracts, and their own bloated paychecks. But the beauty about the climate change line is that they can keep spending money, and never have to show proof that it’s working.
Because currently, the climate change debate just keeps raging, and some say there’s little evidence to prove that humans are directly responsible – or can do much – to alter any “change” that’s happening.
The left just got enough people repeating the same claims, forcing everyone else to accept those claims. And yet, they have no plan to combat this issue.
Rather, they’re simply salivating to take all our money–and funnel it into “green” companies run by – guess who – their big donors.
