Joe Biden, or probably his campaign, thought it would be a good idea to do a “prebuttal” to Trump’s RNC acceptance speech.
Rebut the president’s keynote speech before it is given, making sure you have no idea what he’ll say? That MUST have been thought up by a Democrat!
But instead of picking Joe, the campaign asked Kamala Harris (who had 2% support during the primaries) to give the all-important speech.
She spent most of the time—not inspiring Americans with her leadership—but saying the same tired, baseless attacks against Trump:
Kamala Harris slams Trump for his handling of the coronavirus: “Donald Trump has failed at the most basic and important job of a President of the United States. He failed to protect the American people. Plain and simple” https://t.co/lJk3KwXAl4 pic.twitter.com/7vPztfgUW3

After the predictable speech, Harris had the chance to answer what would have been softball questions.
But she didn’t even want to do that:

After ending her speech, Harris immediately walks away from the podium, not even acknowledging the media.
Do the Democrats have any plan for winning this election? Something tells me a third-grade class can come up with a better strategy.
Harris spread the same empty lines about Trump that the media have been pushing for years. She offered no hope or agenda for the country.
Like a robot reciting a speech, she turned and walked away. Was she afraid of what the press might say? Or was she not prepared to answer basic questions?
We know Joe Biden loves to hide in his basement, so he can avoid scrutiny. He and his campaign do Skype interviews—with scripts to read from.
The candidates can’t even stick around and answer a few questions, even though they are running for public office.
Perhaps Harris was not allowed to answer questions? Because if she did, it might show up her running mate?
Or maybe Harris can’t answer questions, because she doesn’t even know her party’s agenda!?
The long platform the Democrats’ have this year is “Donald Trump is bad.” That’s it. They have nothing else.
Something tells me that’s not a winning strategy.
- Kamala Harris gave a “prebuttal” speech on the night of Trump’s acceptance speech.
- The Democrat attacked Trump and promptly left the podium.
- She refused to answer any questions lobbed to her by the media.
