It’s a blow to Democrats, but a huge win for America.
Donald Trump has just earned one of the most important court decisions of his presidency:
Democrats have been opposed to the idea of a border wall from Day 1.
And they’ve done everything in their power to stop the wall from happening, which includes using the court system to block Trump.
But this time, one court decided to go the other way.
And the result is a significant victory in the border wall battle for Trump … and for American citizens who value their protection.
Better yet, one option for funding the border blockade is back on the table!
From Fox News:
“Washington, D.C., district court Judge Trevor McFadden threw out House Democrats’ lawsuit seeking an injunction against President Trump’s emergency border wall funding reallocation…
…saying that the matter is fundamentally a political dispute and that the politicians lack standing to make a legal case.”
It’s a perfectly worded rejection, isn’t it?
No, you can’t sue the President of the United States based purely on political grounds.
Remember, this all began when Trump declared a national emergency over the humanitarian crisis at our overrun southern border.
Congress still refused to fund the wall, though, so POUS opted to use $6.7 billion from other projects.
Unsurprisingly, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other Democrat leaders didn’t like this.
They claimed Trump was “stealing” those funds and took Trump to court.
However, Judge McFadden has ruled that Dems were just “trying to circumvent the political process.”
Furthermore, he added– “The Court declines to take sides in this fight between the House and the President.“
Perfect!

That’s what I’m talking about!
A court of law is NOT a political battleground. Trump didn’t break any laws and therefore, this case shouldn’t be in a court of law.
Of course, federal courts and politics have clashed for decades, dating back to World War I and World War II.
But in this instance, the judge made it clear:
Democrats had no leg to stand on; they couldn’t make a legal case against Trump for using extra military funds to build a border wall.
This really is a significant victory for Trump … and a major loss for Democrats!
And with the military funds option back on the table, maybe we’ll see a big beautiful border barrier sooner rather than later…
