It’s one of the most controversial topics today, especially among parents: sex change surgeries and hormones for kids.

The Democrat “transgender agenda” has been under heavy scrutiny in recent years, as many have questioned its impact on the mental and physical health of America’s children.

And now, a federal court has reversed one of the Biden administration’s more disturbing rules.

This rule increased access to gender surgeries and hormone therapy, and this included children. This was based on the Affordable Care Act and went into effect in May of this year.

Basically, the Biden administration was saying doctors couldn’t discriminate based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

However, two doctors took the government to court over this, saying the rule stops them from properly practicing medicine. These doctors were represented by the America First Legal Foundation.

And a federal judge just sided with the plaintiffs, saying the White House’s interpretation of the law was “faulty.”

The judge argued that the Biden administration’s interpretation of Title IX to include ‘gender identity,’ was faulty and could not be changed until Congress passed a law to that effect, or the Supreme Court ruled otherwise.

The judge also added that by extending sex protections to individuals who identified with a sex other than their biological sex, the purpose of Title IX was compromised.

The ruling stated that the government’s interpretation of Title IX is essentially backwards:

It “imperils the very opportunities for women Title IX was designed to promote and protect — categorically forcing biological women to compete against biological men.”

This isn’t the first court loss the “transgender agenda” has had in 2022, as various states have also pushed back against sex change surgeries and hormones for individuals under the age of 18.

States like Texas and Florida have already introduced laws to stop these controversial practices, and more parents are voicing their concerns.

More than a few doctors have stood up against the liberal “wokeness” as well, saying such ideas are a very serious danger to our youth. And it doesn’t help that much of it is being promoted in school.

But with parents becoming more and more involved in the political and social spheres, things are getting much more contentious.
