Democrats’ J6 commission is quickly losing steam. It never seemed to interest Americans, who are much more concerned with how Biden and his party are tanking our economy. Many Americans believed this commission was merely an attempt by the left to distract from their failures, by going after a man not even running for office.

But Pelosi and her team aren’t done yet. Perhaps, in a final, desperate move, they actually subpoenaed Donald Trump to testify before their committee. You have to imagine they did this just to put pressure on Trump–assuming they could slam him when he refused.

Former President Donald Trump “loves the idea of testifying” before the House select committee investigating January 6th, a source close to Trump told Fox News Digital just after the panel unanimously voted to subpoena him.

The source said that if Trump complied with the subpoena and testified, he would “talk about how corrupt the election was, how corrupt the committee was, and how Nancy Pelosi did not call up the National Guard that Trump strongly recommended for her to do three days earlier on January 3, 2021.”

It’s going to be very interesting to see what the committee will do.

Pelosi’s “commission” is made up of seven Democrats who long slandered and attacked Trump. And two token Republicans (in a pathetic pretense of “bipartisanism”) who are known as RINOs by most of the GOP.

They voted this week to subpoena Trump, a move that would require him to testify.

Trump appearing before the January 6 committee would be headline-making news. The entire country would be watching the hearing–for the very first time.

But what Trump would have to say would be devastating to Pelosi and her cabal. He would in no way play into their game, which he has long called a witch hunt.

Instead, he would have the world’s attention. What do you think he’d say?

Democrats are far too afraid to give him that kind of platform. These are the same people who banned him from social media. Why would they turn around and let him testify, under oath even, so the whole world could hear him?

According to sources, Trump called the left’s bluff by saying he “loves the idea.” Democrats never had Trump testify during their two questionable impeachments.

Now that he’s out of office, would they really risk their political careers bringing him in?

This entire commission was about blaming Trump for January 6th. The least they could do is let him defend himself–as the Constitution demands.

But don’t hold your breath waiting.
