Iran foolishly believes they can continue their policy of attacking the United States under Donald Trump.

But our President is having none of it.

Iran President Hassan Rouhani recently threatened America over reported efforts by Washington to destabilize Iran’s Islamic government.

Iran has been facing severe pushback from their own citizens, who are fed up with having their rights trampled by Iran’s theocratic dictatorship.

But in typical tyrant fashion, Rouhani is refusing to accept responsibility for his government’s atrocities, instead blaming Iran’s woes on the United States.

While surrounded by Iranian diplomats, Rouhani warned President Trump to not “play with the lion’s tail, this would only lead to regret,” and adding that “war with Iran is the mother of all wars.”

But Trump wasn’t about to let such a threat pass by unnoticed.

“President Donald Trump responded to a threat from Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani, issued on Sunday, vowing to make the country suffer consequences if threats continue.

‘NEVER, EVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN OR YOU WILL SUFFER CONSEQUENCES THE LIKES OF WHICH FEW THROUGHOUT HISTORY HAVE EVER SUFFERED BEFORE,’ President Trump wrote in all-caps on Twitter.

‘WE ARE NO LONGER A COUNTRY THAT WILL STAND FOR YOUR DEMENTED WORDS OF VIOLENCE & DEATH. BE CAUTIOUS!'”

Republicans largely support this show of strength against Iran, but Democrats are predictably outraged, claiming yet again that Trump’s tough stance will cause World War 3.

The Left said the same thing when President Trump told North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un that he would unleash “fire and fury” if Kim continued his missile tests.

But Trump didn’t cause a war. Just the opposite: he caused North Korea to dismantle their nuclear testing facilities.

Liberals will yell at Trump for not being tough enough on Russia, but will then chastise him for being tough on Iran. He’s damned if he does, damned if he doesn’t.

And yet, within the past year, Trump has managed to get the Left to defend MS13, pedophiles, nuclear war with North Korea, and now Iran. These are all significant achievements.

Liberals don’t care, of course, and will continue to find ways to slander POTUS, but true American citizens appreciate everything Trump ha done for them.

Isn’t it great having a leader who won’t be pushed around?
