Democrats worried that when Trump took office, we’d be looking at endless wars and destruction.
Be surprise! We’ve seen just the opposite. He’s the first president in decades not to start a new war.
Trump already made history by brokering historic agreements between the nation of Israel and several of their Arab neighbors.
Those deals even sparked nominations for the Nobel Peace Prize (three times).
And now, they just secured another huge agreement. From Axios:
President Trump announced a deal with Morocco on Thursday that included two major provisions: Morocco will establish diplomatic relations with Israel, and the U.S. will recognize Morocco’s sovereignty over the disputed territory of Western Sahara.
President Trump, the master negotiator, was able to forge an agreement with the North African country Morocco.
The agreement would recognize Morocco’s sovereignty over a territory in Western Sahara. And it would establish a diplomatic relationship with Israel.
According to reports, this deal has been lobbied over for decades. But only Trump’s administration was able to make it happen.
(Hmm… I wonder if any Democrat would have been able to do that. Forget Biden, not even Obama dared.)
This is the fourth Arab nation in as many months to forge an agreement with Israel. These nations have much to gain from a healthy relationship with the world’s only Jewish state.
Israel is a leader in technology, scientific discovery, and medicine. Morocco would have been crazy not to form a relationship with the country.
But we see, once again, only Trump was able to make it happen.
What does the Bible say about peacemakers?
- President Trump scored a new agreement with Morocco.
- The Arab nation will agree to form a diplomatic relationship with Israel.
- In return, the U.S. will recognize Morocco’s control over Western Sahara.
