It has been encouraging to see Americans come together and help each other in this crisis—but not everyone is.
A few individuals instead thought they could make a profit by hoarding masks and medical supplies. Despicable.
But the Feds have confiscated over 200,000 N95 masks and medical supplies, and they’re delivering them right where they need to go:
The Justice Department and Department of Health and Human Services are distributing nearly 200,000 N95 respirator masks and other medical supplies to New York and New Jersey after confiscating them from individuals hoarding the materials.
“If you are amassing critical medical equipment for the purpose of selling it at exorbitant prices, you can expect a knock at your door,” Attorney General Bill Barr said in a statement.
Justice! That’s what we’re talking about.
New York and New Jersey are the states struggling the most right now, so thankfully these selfish folks were found out and the supplies are getting to the right place.
And Bulldog Bill Barr is warning anyone who dares to hoard needed supplies: stop. And get them to the people who need them now.
Americans are coming together in unity. Tribalism and survival of the fittest is falling apart.
There’s only one tribe now in the United States: the American people.
Churches are giving away rolls of toilet paper. Neighbors are checking in (from a distance) and making sure everyone has what they need.
The American spirit is stronger than ever. We need to cheer on the medical workers and the EMTs. And give them any help we can.
Instead of putting ourselves first, let’s put America First.
SHARE if you stand for America First!
