Federal Judge Rules on Shocking Anti-America Scheme – Issues the Fate of Red State Law

What’s Happening:

Across the country, lawmakers have passed bills to protect the country from a nefarious scheme. Foreign entities have been trying to make inroads into the United States. In many parts of the country, enemies like communist China have set up shop, right in the heartland. Even some Republican lawmakers have blocked efforts to defend our country–and our military bases.

In one red state, they successfully passed a law to protect all residents. But, low and behold, the American Civil Liberties Union–a supposedly American group–sued the state. Apparently, the ACLU doesn’t care if China takes over our entire country. Now, a federal judge is issuing his response.

From Just the News:

A federal judge ruled not to block the new Florida law that restricts Chinese nationals and some nationals from other countries from purchasing land in the state.

U.S. District Judge Allen Winsor on Thursday denied an injunction requested by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which was representing four Chinese citizens and a real estate firm that wanted the law overturned.

Wow. The ACLU actually sued Florida because of a law banning members of the Chinese Communist Party from buying land. All over the country, the CCP has been buying “farmland” that suspiciously is unsuitable for farming. But these pieces of land happen to be dangerously close to our military bases.

The Florida law protects our national security by preventing obvious global enemies of the U.S. from buying our land. Other states have passed similar laws in recent years, as it’s become obvious what China is trying to do.

The ACLU sued, claiming the law was discriminatory. The judge did not agree. He said there was nothing discriminating about the law regarding race or ancestry. Unless you assume all Chinese Americans are members of the Chinese Communist Party.

Which, apparently, the ACLU does.

ACLU is representing Chinese citizens and a real estate firm that are trying to buy land in Florida. Really? Why is the American Civil Liberties Union so eager to help people who are not American? Why are they so keen on helping members of the CCP get land in our country?

Perhaps they need to explain themselves to America?

Key Takeaways:

  • The ACLU sued Florida over a law banning Communist China from buying land.
  • A federal judge rejected the group’s bid to overturn the law.
  • The leftist organization claims the law discriminates over race.
