Gavin Newsom seems to think of himself as America’s nanny. Not content to merely ruin California, this leftist governor has picked fights with free states like Florida and Texas. His goal is clear: to force far-left California policies onto every other state–whether he has the authority to do so or not (spoil: he doesn’t).
Newsom hatched a scheme he hoped would go to federal court. He passed a ridiculous law that would allow people to sue gun makers. A federal court easily struck it down. But that is what Newsom wanted. Why? Because he is trying to undermine a pro-life law in Texas.

The judge’s order is likely to set up a showdown at the U.S. Supreme Court, which is the outcome Newsom desired. The governor’s office called it “hypocritical” to block the state’s gun law while permitting the Texas abortion measure to stand.
This is why you never give a Democrat an inch. Because not only will they take a mile, but they will try to abort your babies.
Newsom passed a gun-control law that he claimed was modeled after Texas’s law that protects unborn children. You see, Democrats don’t care about protecting children but they do care about making it hard for Americans to arm and defend their families.

The law would allow people to sue gun makers over the actions of shooters. In Newsom’s warped mind, this is the same as people suing doctors who perform abortions on fetuses older than six weeks. The two are not the same, yet Newsom is trying to manipulate the court systems to undermine the sovereignty of another state.
Newsom actually wants to abuse the Supreme Court to stop Texas from protecting the unborn. This is how morally bankrupt Democrats have become. But, as you can imagine, Newsom is going to lose.
The Supreme Court already ruled that states can set their own abortion laws. Even if Newsom manages to undermine this heartbeat bill, Texas has already outlawed abortion via other laws. Newsom has no legal standing to stop another state from deciding its abortion policies. He’s not the governor of Texas.
Yet he thinks he can force his agenda onto the rest of the country.
