One of Biden’s biggest blunders was passing an order that targets women. A law passed years ago was meant to protect women’s rights in schools and universities. Yet, Biden’s order rewrote the law, putting women at even greater risk than before. Now, a federal judge is dropping the gavel on Biden’s idiocy.

A federal appeals court has ruled against the Biden administration’s initial Title IX guidance that was announced in 2021. The controversial guidance sought to include sexual orientation and gender identity under Title IX’s protections and penalize schools that bar transgender-identifying students from using the bathrooms or participating in sports based on their gender identity. In other words, the provisions in Title IX that allowed for protections and set-asides on the basis of biological sex were made to be extended to gender identity, as well…“Title IX was enacted for the protection of the discrimination of biological females,” Judge Doughty wrote. “However, the final rule may likely cause biological females more discrimination than they had before Title IX was enacted.”
Biden is such a feminist that he passed a rule that puts women in harm’s way. Biden tried to rewrite Title IX, which was a provision that was supposed to end discrimination against women in schools. The progressive Democrat attempted to change the law to include gay men and transgender women.
Meaning now men can enjoy measures intended to protect women from sexist men! How’s that for irony?
