Because of his strong support for lockdowns, Anthony Fauci has received a lot of positive attention from the media.
A member of the White House Task Force, Fauci frequently appears on the news to give his opinion on the virus.
Although he often disagrees with the president, perhaps the two have turned a corner.
Democrats have been hyping up the pandemic to support the reckless mail-in voting plan. They ignore concerns over fraud.
But, Fauci just burst their bubble with his latest assessment:
National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci said this week there is “no reason” Americans can’t vote in person for the 2020 presidential election, so long as voters follow proper social distancing guidelines amid the coronavirus pandemic.
“I think if carefully done, according to the guidelines, there’s no reason that I can see why that not be the case,” Fauci told ABC News this week. “If you go and wear a mask, if you observe the physical distancing, and don’t have a crowded situation, there’s no reason why shouldn’t be able to do that.”
Fauci told ABC News that there’s “no reason” people can’t vote in person this November. He pointed to measures like social distancing, mask-wearing, and avoiding a “crowded situation” as plenty of protection for the big election.
You can expect the mainstream media to either not report on his comments or suddenly lose respect for the doctor.
The media has been aligning with Democrats to hype up COVID fears since March. Many Americans believe they have been trying to use the disease to influence the election.
Fauci appeared to be something of an ally to the left, with his frequent “doom-and-gloom” predictions of the pandemic.
Much of what he’s said previously has not happened. And in recent months, trends nationwide have been getting better.
As states came out of lockdown, they implemented other measures to reduce the risk of infection.
With those measures in mind, Fauci agrees with Trump that in-person voting is perfectly fine.
Democrats claimed that the dangers of COVID meant Americans had to vote with mail-in ballots.
But plenty of recent stories show that mail-in voting is far from safe and reliable.
Some states have measures to make sure it works. But many (blue) states do not.
Trump has continued to argue that mail-in voting can lead to widespread fraud. Whether or not the public agrees, the lead health expert is saying people should be able to mask and socially distance as they vote this fall.
Make sure the media doesn’t cover this up.
- Anthony Fauci recently said there is “no reason” why Americans can’t vote in person.
- Democrats have used the virus as an excuse to push mail-in voting.
- Fauci said measures like mask-wearing and social distancing will ensure a safe voting environment.
