Durham Drops Massive Clinton Bombshell – Democrat Holy Grail Caught with Smoking Gun

What’s Happening:

In recent months, we’ve seen exciting progress in Special Counsel Durham’s “Russiagate” investigation.

He filed several motions with bombshell evidence, leaving the Left reeling. But it looks like he’s far from finished.

Because he just filed a new motion with a revelation that will have the Democrat “partner in crime” running for the hills.

From The Reactionary:

Special Counsel John Durham just filed this motion in response to the efforts of Hillary for America, Fusion GPS, et al. to keep secret (by use of the attorney-client and work product privileges) communications involving Fusion GPS…

In support of that point, Durham states he is in possession of “hundreds of emails in which Fusion GPS employees shared raw, unverified, and uncorroborated information – including their own draft research and work product – with reporters.”

As the Durham cases heat up, numerous people connected with Fusion GPS, Clinton’s campaign, and others are trying to hide behind attorney-client privilege. They are doing this, thinking it will save them from having to testify.

Durham is blasting that argument wide open by pointing out that there is no attorney-client privilege since the defendant Michael Sussman said he was not representing anyone—when he reached out to the FBI.

Can’t have attorney-client privilege when there is no client, right?

On top of that, some of the people involved are saying Fusion GPS was retained to provide “legal advice.” All so they can hide behind attorney-client privilege and avoid testifying.

Durham reveals that cannot be true because Fusion GPS was releasing all kinds of data to reporters. And he has hundreds of emails to prove it.

Fusion GPS couldn’t have been providing legal advice for Clinton’s campaign, because it did not seek permission to provide this data to the media.

This revelation will make it much harder for Clinton’s campaign and others involved to avoid testifying in court. And the fact that Durham has access to all these emails suggests he has a lot of evidence.

What will happen next? We can’t say for sure. But it does seem that the people behind “Russiagate” are running out of places to hide.

Key Takeaways:

  • Special Counsel Durham revealed he had hundreds of emails between Fusion GPS and reporters.
  • This revelation blows a hole in Fusion GPS’s claim it was providing legal advice to Clinton’s campaign.
  • Numerous people connected to this case are trying to avoid testifying.
