This week, we learned more about the left’s latest witch hunt against Donald Trump. He is being charged with 34 felony counts of “falsifying business records.” Most legal experts have blasted this case. Even Democrats admit Trump didn’t commit a felony. Yet the left, desperate to stop him from winning in 2024, is pushing this case.
Top legal expert Alan Dershowitz has been commenting on this case. He slammed DA Bragg and his bogus scheme. But recently, Dershowitz made a dire warning about the outcome of this case.

“There’s no way he can get a fair trial,” he told Fox News’ Sean Hannity. “I don’t care if Jesus, Muhammad, Abraham Lincoln, George Washington and Thurgood Marshall defended Trump in New York, he wouldn’t win this case. Hung jury? Maybe. Acquittal? Never.”
Dershowitz explained that the jury will be far too liberal-leaning to treat this case fairly. It is unlikely Trump will even get an unbiased jury of his peers in Manhattan a wildly liberal city. But, Dershowitz offered this silver lining.

However, he added that the case would “be reversed on appeal,” and it “will never be affirmed all the way up to the Supreme Court.”
It seems Dershowitz believes that Trump will be convicted by a left-leaning jury. But the case will be reversed if and when Trump’s lawyers appeal to a higher court. The legal expert doesn’t think this will go all the way to the Supreme Court. Most likely, a lower court–with judges who are less politicized than the one in New York, will overturn this case.
Truth be told, Bragg’s charges against Trump are weak. He accuses Trump of falsifying business records, but most legal experts explain that is never tried as a felony offense. Bragg seems to be twisting the issue by claiming Trump was intending to commit other crimes.
But those crimes apparently never occurred or Bragg can’t find them, otherwise, he’d be charging Trump over those.
Even though the case is so weak, the judge is too “cowardly” to dismiss it, according to Dershowitz. And a heavily-liberal jury will be all too eager to convict Trump, evidence or not. It’s a kangaroo court, no matter how you slice it.
If Democrats think this won’t blow up in their faces, they are dreaming.
