Second Debate Moderator Admits To Lying – Then President Trump Declares “I Was Right” About Scully

A week ago, President Trump called out CSPAN host Steve Scully for being impartial after finding out that he was supposed to moderate the second presidential debate.

Why? Because it was found out that Scully served as an intern for Senator Joe Biden back in 1978.

To me, this seems like a clear conflict of interest. I mean Biden was literally this guys boss for a month and now he’s supposed to be an impartial moderator for the biggest debate in the world right now?

But luckily, fate had other plans in store for him.

Not only was the second debate cancelled, Scully foolishly decided to respond to the President a week ago on twitter after Donald called him a “Never Trumper.” If you needed any more proof that this guy doesn’t have the cool required to be an impartial debate moderator, I think firing back on Twitter is all the proof you need.

Scully immediately started getting backlash as people questioned his ability to handle the job without bias.

What was his response? Well he went with the classic: “I got hacked.” Sure buddy, we all believed you! You were just conveniently hacked, that doesn’t sound made up at all right?

Well this backfired on him – BADLY. Today he admitted to lying about being hacked as a way to cover up what happened.

Now check out who’s in some serious trouble:

NEW YORK (AP) — C-SPAN suspended its political editor Steve Scully indefinitely Thursday after he admitted to lying about his Twitter feed being hacked when he was confronted about a questionable exchange with former Trump aide Anthony Scaramucci.

That’s a pretty healthy dose of karma if I’ve ever seen one! I mean honestly who acts like this? If you make a mistake own up to it. But lying about it makes it so much worse.

Of course, President Trump wasted no time in taking to Twitter to gloat about being right. I mean, can you blame the man? He was spot on from the beginning and now Scully is paying the price.

I was right again! I was right again! Steve Scully just admitted he was lying about his Twitter being hacked. The Debate was Rigged!

After these last 4 years in the White House and his many years in business, I’d say Donald Trump has a very keen eye to spot a fake when he sees one.  This is just another example of the overwhelming odds Trump has to overcome just to get on an even playing field.
