It appears the only time Democrats in Congress can get anything done is when they ram a bill through.
That’s the only way they managed to pass their bloated, $1.7 trillion “relief” bill. But without the reconciliation loophole, it seems they are big lame ducks.
It turns out that even with their slim majority, Democrats are having trouble pushing their bills on gun control, voting, and “infrastructure.”
Even a few Democrats, moderate holdouts, aren’t willing to play ball.
Now, Sen. Ted Cruz is calling out the left’s real plan.
As Democrats rally to push their new election bill, Sen. Ted Cruz is freezing them in their tracks.
Slamming Democrats, who originally passed those old Jim Crow laws decades ago, Cruz said their latest voter bill was the “most radical legislation” he’s ever seen.
Keep in mind, Ted Cruz isn’t given to making wild exaggerations. He is considered the foremost Constitutional scholar of the Senate. He knows a thing or two about our laws.
So, when he is sounding the alarm, the country better be paying attention.
The bill would make it much easier for elections to be exploited through ballet harvesting and unsecured, mail-in voting.
It would eliminate voter ID laws, even those passed by numerous states. (That also makes this bill a massive power grab by the federal government at the states’ expense).
Cruz claims this bill has only one goal: make it easy for Democrats to win every election, hands down.
We all know there is only one party that benefits when basic safeguards for elections are taken down.
Wherever voter ID is not allowed, ballot harvesting is the norm, and mail-in voting is not carefully protected—what do ya know, Democrats always win!
Schumer, Pelosi, and Biden want to make that the norm for the entire country. If this kind of bill is passed, Americans can never trust the results of any election, ever again.
The only hope is that every Republican, with the help of a few brave moderates, can stop it in its tracks.
- Ted Cruz slammed the Democrats’ voting bill.
- He called it the most radical piece of legislation he’s ever seen.
- The bill would ensure a fair election was never held in this country again.
