Republicans and commentators have been deeply critical of the Biden White House. Some have claimed that this administration is disorganized and dysfunctional, with people unqualified in high positions.
We’ve seen some deputy officials arrested for stealing at airports. Others have been accused of neglecting their job for vacations—like Pete Buttigieg.
But one official within the Biden administration might have done the very worst, so far. She was just arrested and charged with a crime. This might shock you.
From The Post Millennial:
Biden TSA Assistant Federal Security Director Maxine McManaman was detained in Atlanta by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and has been arrested after forging a quitclaim deed to exploit a family member with dementia…“The investigation determined that on December 5, 2022, a quitclaim deed was prepared by Maxine McManaman and stated that the Grantor was listing Maxine McManaman and Delroy Chambers as the Grantee,” the statement continued.
McManaman attempted to use the quitclaim deed to transfer the home of an elderly relative with dementia to her and Chambers.
Yet again, a member of the Biden administration has been arrested. Last time, it was a deputy official within the DOE—who was accused of stealing luggage at airports (and wearing the clothing).
This time, the assistant federal security director of the TSA has been arrested over the exploitation of a family member with dementia. According to the report, an investigation found that Maxine McManaman tried to have papers made where an elderly relative was signing over their home to her and accomplish Delroy Chambers.
It appears this elderly family member suffers from dementia and police believe McMananman took advantage of them, being unaware of what was going on.
Suspicions were raised over the family member’s alleged signature on the claim. Officers stated that it could not have been from the real person, since they were in another city on the date of the document.
According to reports, McManaman has been working at the TSA for 21 years. But she was promoted to her current position in 2023, during the Biden administration. Delroy Chambers, the other person involved, has a history of elder abuse—having been arrested before for forgery and neglect of an elderly person.
Key Takeaways:
- A Biden official within the TSA was arrested for attempted exploitation of an elderly relative.
- According to officers, she and another person tried to take the home of a relative with dementia.
- McManaman has worked at the TSA for years but was promoted during Biden’s administration.
