Our country is facing a mountain of crises at this moment. With the economy in shambles, millions of Americans are struggling just to put food on the table. Countless illegal aliens are still flooding our borders at alarming rates, and fentanyl continues to kill an alarming number of Americans every day.
Instead of focusing on any of this, however, Joe Biden and his administration have turned their attention to the “crisis” of plastic cutlery. Indeed, the Biden administration has just announced their quest to ban the federal government from using plastic cutlery at all.
Of course, this is part of Biden’s efforts to fight “climate change.” It’s beyond ridiculous that of all the crises America is facing, this is what Biden is focused on right now.

The Biden administration announced a plan to target plastic pollution, dedicating particular focus to “phase out” single-use plastics – such as kitchen cutlery, cups and straws – across federal departments.President Biden announced the order taking aim at the “climate crisis” in July which would require an “all-hands-on-deck response” from every federal agency.
“The President is committed to taking ambitious actions… to end plastic pollution and is calling upon the global community to do the same, with the goal to reduce the global production and consumption of virgin plastics,” the White House said.
As part of this plan, the White House announced a phase out of single-use plastics, which includes “plastic and polystyrene food and beverage containers, bottles, straws, cups, cutlery and disposable plastic bags.”
Really, Joe?! This is what you think the president of the United States should be spending his time on at the moment?!
It seems that Biden may be further gone cognitively than even we thought.
This goes to show just how out of touch Biden and his administration are with the plight of true working-class Americans. Millions of Americans are struggling just to survive right now. The last thing they care about is a plastic cutlery ban.
If Biden and his fellow Democrats think this plastic cutlery ban is a good issue to run on, they will be in for a big surprise come November.
Republicans Fire Back
Thankfully, Republicans have since fired back by calling Biden out on this nonsense. They’ve blasted his plastic cutlery ban initiative as being “laughable” and “absurd”

Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, said he anticipated it would affect “government workplaces” and “military bases.
He proposed that instead of reducing plastic, they should scale down on the federal behemoth.
“They should shrink the government if they want it to be less of a consumer. The reason it’s the largest consumer is because it’s it employs so many people, and it’s doing so many things it was probably never intended to do,” he said.
They should indeed shrink the government, but Biden and his fellow Democrats would never actually do that. Instead, they’ll do things like ban plastic forks while expanding the government as much as possible.
It’s become painfully obvious that the Democratic Party has lost all touch with reality. The GOP may not be perfect, but Republicans at least understand that Americans have bigger things to worry about right now than plastic cutlery.
It’s inevitable that this plastic cutlery ban will blow up in Biden’s face. We can’t wait to see it happen!
