Bad news out today. Biden’s economic policies continue to hurt Americans. Inflation continues to rise, as the federal government does nothing to help.
Biden, instead, is focusing on “messaging,” pretending that the economy is the best we’ve ever had. In reality, we are facing a “cruel summer.”
The Consumer Price Index for food purchased for consumption at home rose 1.4 percent compared with the prior month. Compared with a year ago, grocery store prices are up 11.9 percent, the fastest pace of inflation since 1979.
Inflation rose to 8.6% last month, continuing a painful trend that is hurting all Americans. Even liberals are now calling it a “Cruel Summer.”
What has Nancy Pelosi done? Waste time on her pathetic J6 committee.
But, it’s okay. ‘Cuz she’ll get to inflation, eventually.
Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi said the economy has “improved,” and the Democrats will get around to addressing inflation “next week,” during her weekly press conference on 6/9/2022.
As inflation continues to worsen, Nancy Pelosi keeps ignoring it. Pushing the Democratic Party’s lie that the economy has “improved,” she contradicted herself when she talks about inflation.
Hey, Nance, if the economy is doing so well, why do you need to address inflation “next week”? Why bother at all?
The economy’s great! There is a chicken in every pot and cash in every pocket.
Not quite. Some Americans struggle to put food on the table as inflation and gas prices are out of control.
All of this is the Democratic Party’s fault. They have been in charge as the economy spiraled out of control.
Pelosi has ignored it for nearly two years. All of a sudden now she wants to address it?
And how will she do that? Does she really have a magic bullet to fix inflation? And if so, why hasn’t she used it yet?
I guess she was too busy looking for evidence to frame Trump for J6?
- Nancy Pelosi claimed the economy is “improving,” despite historic inflation.
- Grocery prices have risen the most since 1979.
- Pelosi claims the House will “address” inflation “next week.”
