Joe Biden Finally Admits His Court Packing Position – And He Actually Wants To Go “Well Beyond Court Packing”

What’s Happening:

Since the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, Democrats have favored packing the court with more justices.

They want to add as many new justices to the court until they have a liberal majority.

Joe Biden has refused to admit if he supports this move—as it is wildly unpopular with Americans.

He even taunted voters by saying they’d find out his stance after the election.

But he just revealed his plans—and they’re worse than many expected:

“If elected what I will do is I’ll put together a national commission of, bipartisan commission of, scholars, constitutional scholars, Democrats, Republicans, liberal, conservative. And I will ask them to, over 180 days, come back to me with recommendations as to how to reform the court system because it’s getting out of whack the way in which it’s being handled,” Biden said during the “60 Minutes” interview.

Claiming a conservative Supreme Court is “out of whack,” Biden promised to create a commission to “reform” the entire court system.

That is more than just “court-packing.” Biden in unapologetically announcing he might upend our entire court system if elected.

He stresses he’ll put together a “bipartisan” commission. Uh-huh. The same kind of “bipartisan” commission that organizes the presidential debates?

Can we really believe that a President Joe Biden wouldn’t pick RINOs and left-wing supporters?

But that ignores the real point, of course. Biden is claiming that because Trump has appointed many judges to federal courts (following the Constitution), the Democrat wants to completely change the court system.

He himself said this goes “well beyond” court-packing.

This isn’t something we’ve ever seen, in American history. And it defies the separation of powers.

Neither the president nor Congress has the power to just change the court system because they feel like it.

As usual, the Democrats want to upend 200+ years of tradition, just to give themselves an advantage.

These are the stakes we are facing this election. If the Democrats regain a foothold in our government, they will change everything to suit their agenda.

Key Takeaways:

  • Joe Biden reveals he wants to create a commission to “reform” the court system.
  • He said it will go well beyond court-packing, perhaps changing everything about the courts.
  • Democrats continue to express policies that could upend our traditions and government.
