Plenty of people have been wondering just what is going on inside Biden’s mind—well, they found out in his big speech.
The former moderate appears to be leaning more and more left. And in last night’s speech, he ripped off his mask once and for all.
The man who claimed to want unity demanded Congress pass Pelosi’s radical, unrealistic bills.
Among the terrible spending packages he wants to cram down our throats, he took the time to attack the foundations of the Constitution.
And he even admitted he wasn’t interested in doing the very thing he vowed, back in January.
From Daily Caller:
President Joe Biden said that “no amendment to the Constitution is absolute” when talking about gun control during his Wednesday night address to a joint session of Congress…
“This shouldn’t be a red or blue issue,” the president continued. “And no amendment to the Constitution is absolute. You can’t yell fire in a crowded theater. From the very beginning, there were certain guns, weapons, that could not be owned by Americans. Certain people could not own those weapons, ever. We’re not changing the Constitution. We’re being reasonable.”
Many people think “reasonable” Joe Biden just said one of the most radical things ever uttered by a “president.”
When supporting his crusade against the Second Amendment, he claimed no amendment was “absolute.”
Then he went on to pretend his attempts at destroying our right to bear arms was consistent with the Constitution and was being “reasonable.”
Which one is it, Joe? Are amendments not absolute and should be changed or removed? Or are you simply preserving the Constitution and just being “reasonable”?
Who wrote this speech, anyway, a third-grader?
Biden is trying to pull a fast one on us, for sure. He wants us to believe that the Second Amendment isn’t absolute and, like the First Amendment, has its limits.
That is what he was suggesting when made his “fire in a crowded theater” comment, I guess. People can’t do that, so in his mind, that’s a limit on free speech?
So, we should clamp down on our gun rights?
If that doesn’t make much sense to you, you’re not alone.
Biden pretends to be a “reasonable,” moderate kind of guy. But clearly, he’s just doing what the far-left tells him to do (probably through Obama, whom we know speaks to him all the time).
The good news is, Biden is terrible at convincing us it’s the right thing to do.
Do you think Joe Biden is going after the Constitution?
- Biden pushed radical gun control, saying the Second Amendment is not “absolute.”
- He went on to claim that restricting gun rights was not “changing the Constitution.”
- Biden seems to have betrayed his promises to be a moderate leader.
