Joe Biden has frequently cited his Catholic faith—to win over religious Americans. Biden has long exploited his association with the Catholic Church, to connect him with beloved figures like President John F. Kennedy.
But his voting record and policies as president appear to contradict much of what his own church teachers. Some bishops, so shocked at Biden’s agenda, have suggested denying him Holy Communion.
Now, a document released by the Vatican will force Biden to either put up or shut up, in regards to his religion. The leaders of the Catholic faith just issued a rebuke to a popular movement among progressives. And this contradicts one of Biden’s biggest priorities.
