Ben Carson continues to be a bold voice for American common sense. And he’s pretty concerned with how Biden and his party are acting towards children.
All through the pandemic, many schools have been closed. Even now, some cities and states refuse to let children return to a normal school schedule.
The education of millions of American children has been derailed—and all for what? So that teacher’s unions can squeeze more benefits from school districts.
Carson is ripping off the Band-Aid by revealing the “lifelong devastation” these teacher’s unions will have on our families.
Former HUD secretary Dr. Ben Carson says teachers unions need to ‘think of someone other than themselves’ on ‘The Ingraham Angle.’
Carson slammed teacher’s unions for refusing to return to in-person classes. He says teacher’s unions are committing “lifelong devastation” because they refuse to put the children first.
He even went as far as to say teachers are ignoring what the “science shows” about returning to schools.
Since the Summer of 2020, teachers have refused to return to classes. Some have even protested, holding up overdramatic signs that returning to their jobs would “kill them.”
Perhaps they should consider another line of work, then?
Ask any parent, an hour-long Zoom class does not make up for the many missed hours in a class, with a teacher.
Joe Biden and his Democrats are firmly on the side of teacher’s unions. They refuse to urge teachers to get off their butts and start putting the children first.
What do we pay taxes for, anyway? So that teachers can sleep in, do the minimum amount of work, and flush our childrens’ futures down the toilet?
Make no mistake: other countries have gotten their acts together and returned kids to school months ago. Those students will excel and graduate on time.
Our children? Who knows what kind of damage these unions are doing to students, both in their academic and extra-curricular lives?
But at least teachers can get another vacation day in their contracts.
