Nancy Pelosi appeared to be grasping at straws when she suggested she would impeach Trump over the SCOTUS nomination.
She then quickly backed down—after Trump warned what would happen if she did.
The Democrats suffered irreparable damage after impeaching Trump over a phone call.
Many Americans lost all respect for the party after that charade. Perhaps that’s why she changed her mind?
Oh, but no. Even though she won’t impeach Trump—Pelosi is willing to do this?
While on CNN, Pelosi admits she hasn’t “ruled out” impeaching Attorney General Barr to stall the SCOTUS pick.
Democrats have been pretty unhappy with the attorney general since he entered the DOJ.
That probably has something to do with his eagerness to uphold law and order!
AG Barr has fought to restore the respect of the DOJ and FBI. To that end, he has launched an investigation into “Spygate” to find out what Democrats were doing against Trump’s campaign in 2016.
That investigation has grown into a full-blown criminal investigation, which suggests some people will eventually go to jail.
Barr has also spearheaded Trump’s “Operation Legend” to battle the surge of crime in Democrat-run cities.
It seems Democrats want to get rid of Barr, not because he’s broken the law, but because he keeps making them look bad.
Not that that’s hard to do, these days.
We said after Pelosi backed off impeachment that she might change her mind. She did that before when she backed Trump’s impeachment.
Now, while she’s backing away of impeaching him a second time, she is still toying with an attempt to impeach the most important law enforcement officer in the country.
Something tells me that won’t go well for her or her party.
- Pelosi says she won’t rule out impeaching AG Barr to stall SCOTUS hearing.
- She appears to be flip-flopping in regards to her tactics to disrupt the confirmation process.
- Pelosi flip-flopped originally to back the left’s impeachment of Trump.
