After Dems Scramble to Kill Commonsense Bill – Trump Orders Republicans to Quickly Respond

The U.S. voting system has long been a contentious issue, sparking debates from coast to coast. From the dawn of the republic, ensuring the integrity of elections has been paramount. This concern has only intensified with the advent of modern technology and the increasing complexity of election logistics.

The last presidential election was marred with voting “irregularities.” Despite assurances from Democrats and the media, many Americans doubt our elections are safe.

Citizens are left wondering if their vote truly matters or if the system is rigged against them. That fear has only increased since Biden let in 10 million illegal aliens through the border. Democrats are now trying to stop a bill from passing that would prevent a major election crime. And Trump is calling on Republicans to act.

From The Post Millennial:
Donald Trump said that the voting system is under siege by Democrats after they opposed the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act. The bill would require those who register to vote in elections to have proof of US citizenship.

The White House and Democrats scrambled to oppose the bill this week. In response, Trump posted to Truth Social: “Republicans must pass the Save Act, or go home and cry yourself to sleep. Non citizen Illegal Migrants are getting the right to vote, being pushed by crooked Democrat Politicians who are not being stopped by an equally dishonest Justice Department.”

Trump called on Republicans to stand up and protect our fragile democracy. He told lawmakers to get the Save Act passed—a bill that could prevent non-citizens from voting. Joe Biden vowed to veto the bill, but that is only one way Trump believes Republicans can protect the upcoming election.

He called on two attorneys, Harmeet and David, to go to court and “get this stopped.” It’s unclear what he meant by that; likely, he wants these lawyers to file lawsuits to prevent blue states from allowing illegal aliens to vote. Trump went on to urge the RNC, the House Speaker, and state and local Republicans to fight to defend the election.

The leadership of the Republican National Committee has devoted considerable resources to ensure a fair election. They are also pushing to use methods Democrats have exploited for years to win votes. House Speaker Johnson might be able to make something happen in D.C.

But it will be state and local Republicans who will decide whether or not this election is fair or stolen. State officials will have to enforce election laws to prevent fraud. And local leaders will have to enlist resources to monitor polling centers.

Trump warned that if Republicans don’t step up and act, they will go home and cry themselves to sleep.
