After Democrats Demand Biden’s Removal, Federal Expert Drops Game-Changing Revelation

You know things are bad when the best liberal choice for President is Joe Biden. Ever since his terrible debate performance, Democrats are facing the harsh reality that Biden is unwinnable. They have begun demanding the party find someone else to run against Donald Trump.

At the moment, Biden refuses to step down. His surrogates claim that it was only one bad moment and they are banking on his record to save him.

That’s a pretty lousy place to be in since Biden’s record is trash. But can the party actually get rid of him before the convention and general election? It might be more challenging than everyone thinks. And legal experts are revealing that there are more than a few mountains to climb to make that a reality.

From Daily Caller:
Any effort to replace President Joe Biden with another Democratic candidate would likely be an uphill battle against practical, political and even legal obstacles.

FEC Commissioner Trey Trainor [explained] that there are a number of hurdles standing in the way of replacing Biden on the ballot, including “the complex mechanics of replacing a nominee across the 50 states, each governed by its own set of election laws and regulations.”

“States have specific deadlines for candidate… attempting to replace Biden would require navigating these legal frameworks, potentially leading to legal battles and uncertainties that could undermine the Democratic Party’s chances in the general election.”

According to reports, Democrats are grappling with the idea of replacing Biden in the 2024 election. The hurdles are immense, and it’s tough given Biden refuses to step down. Finding a replacement won’t be easy, not to mention the ticking clock as the election approaches. The Democratic National Committee would have to navigate a complex legal landscape, dealing with state primary rules and potential court challenges.

FEC Commissioner Trey Trainor explained that replacing Biden at this late hour would require the cooperation of all 50 states. Some states might have laws and deadlines that can’t be easily subverted. Legal battles might erupt if the party tries to swap someone in for Joe.

The only real chance at saving their 2024 chances lies in the DNC rules. If Biden chooses to step aside, pledged delegates must comply with his wishes. That would free them to vote for someone else at the convention. While that would still throw states for a loop, it is the only way Democrats can replace Biden.

But, as we’ve seen, Biden refuses to step down. His allies are circling the wagons, claiming he is perfectly fine. Unless more Democrats pressure the White House, they will unlikely find a healthier candidate in time.

Key Takeaways:

  • Replacing President Biden with another Democratic candidate would be a challenging uphill battle.
  • While Democrats are considering this option, it would require navigating a complex legal landscape and potential court challenges.
  • The only viable option for replacing Biden lies in the DNC rules if Biden steps aside, allowing pledged delegates to vote for someone else at the convention.
