A common tactic among Democrats and other scoundrels is to accuse their enemies of the very thing they are doing. Remember earlier in the year? When someone within the Supreme Court leaked a crucial ruling that plunged the nation into chaos?

Clearly, a liberal court clerk leaked the Dobbs decision to trigger abortion activists into protesting. That ugly violation hurt the country and put Supreme Court justices in jeopardy. We have yet to learn who was responsible. But in what could be a move to distract from this scandal, Democrats are now accusing Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito of doing the very thing.

Over a case from nearly ten years ago.

Alito has denied he leaked the opinion and said the allegation is “completely false.” But Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., and Rep. Hank Johnson, D-Ga., asked Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts for more details about the allegation in a letter they sent Sunday.

This is pretty outrageous. Democrats in the Senate are accusing Supreme Court Justice Alito of leaking a 2014 ruling affecting store chain Hobby Lobby to the company. This comes as we still await answers to an actual leak from someone within the court earlier this year.

Why do Democrats believe one of our Supreme Court justices did this? Because of a report by the New York Times!

Oh! The most trustworthy source of news we have! The same paper that denied the Hunter Biden laptop scandal, calling it “Russian disinformation.” The same newspaper that has tarnished its reputation by releasing “bombshell” stories from “unnamed” sources, which are later debunked.

Alito is firing back against these gross allegations, calling them “completely false.” That hasn’t stopped Democrats from slandering the justice claiming this supposed story, “deepens our concerns about the lack of adequate ethical and legal guardrails at the Court.”

Bull. Democrats had zero concerns when someone leaked a court opinion that put justices’ lives in jeopardy. The gross leaking of the draft Dobbs opinion motivated hundreds of abortion activists to protest outside justices’ homes. Some even threatened the lives of the justices. One man was even arrested for an attempted assassination of Brett Kavanaugh.

Yet Democrats have the audacity of accusing the court of a lack of ethical guardrails? Give me a break.

Democrats are only mad that the court has a conservative majority that overruled Roe v Wade. They are staging an attack against one of the court’s most respected conservative justice, either to lay the groundwork to impeach him or pack the court with radical leftist activists.

Either case, they are going to fail.
