President Biden sent a $7.2 trillion budget demand for approval by Congress. Despite major issues that threaten to cripple America’s economy—including inflation, high energy costs, an open border, and job-destroying crime—Biden seems to think America is a giant piggy bank that he can smash open.
Republicans in the House balked at Biden’s huge budget for the fiscal year. Speaker Johnson and his party accused Biden of trying to “accelerate America’s decline.” Since Biden entered office, it doesn’t seem as if any of his decisions have improved the country.
Despite what he and his party claim, America seems to be on the wrong track. That is what voters think. Every poll that asks that question comes back with Americans saying we are headed in the wrong direction.
Under Biden, we’ve seen over 7 million migrants enter the country. Businesses in big cities are shutting down thanks to homelessness and crime. American energy is DOA. Inflation is driving down wages and putting people out of work.
Meanwhile, Biden is demanding more money for NATO and wars we have nothing to do with.
It seems Biden was given a plan when he entered office. And he is following the plan on auto-pilot, regardless of how it has hurt the country. A $7 trillion budget just won’t cut it. And it’s likely most voters won’t accept it either.
