President Trump gets some pretty terrible polls—as far back as in 2016.
Case in point, in Wisconsin, not one poll gave him a lead over Hillary Clinton. She had a 6-point average over him on Election Day.
Yet he still beat her, winning the state.
What’s going on this time in Wisconsin? Something that should have the Biden campaign sweating in their boots:
Trump 46% (+1)
According to a recent poll from the Trafalgar Group, Donald Trump is leading Joe Biden in Wisconsin by 1 point.
Considering the suspicion many have of a liberal slant to most polls, and that Clinton was beating Trump by 6 points in 2016, this poll should have Biden very worried.
It suggests that Trump has a greater lead in WI over Biden than the media is willing to admit. He might even win the stage by a larger margin than he did in 2016.
Joe Biden has been having a rough month.
Even after announcing his running mate and his party’s major convention, he’s yet to see any kind of bump.
In fact, some polls continue to see Biden’s lead shrink to nearly nothing.
What could account for this sudden reversal? Many factors.
First, it can’t be ignored that the Democrats as a party have embraced defunding the police, effectively putting them on the side of criminals and rioters.
Many local Democrats are getting slammed by their own cities, as they appear to do nothing to stop widespread riots.
Joe Biden himself appeared only to do well when he stayed in his basement. The more he made public appearances, the worse his numbers got.
Many worry about Biden’s mental decline. There have been many moments that suggest the former vice president is suffering from something.
Then, there are the frequent insulting gaffes, where he’s said unacceptable things to and about black voters. Many of those moments have gone viral, shocking and disgusting many Americans.
Even his pick of Kamala Harris as his running mate has not changed anything. In fact, some think that made his chances worse.
Where will they be when he is forced to debate Donald Trump three times?
- A new poll out of Wisconsin reveals Trump leading Biden for the first time.
- Trump is leading in the swing state by 1 point over Joe Biden.
- The president won WI in 2016, despite Clinton have a six-point lead.
