Entitlements Must Die!

     That's right I said it! Entitlements must die, they must be repealed if we are to save our country from collapse. The next Senator from the great state of Nevada is going to be a wonderful Conservative named Sharron Angle. Sharron is my kind of Conservative. She goes directly to the Constitution and there is no wavering with her. If it is not part of the Founders vision she is against it. She is one of the very few politicians I have ever heard say they want to abolish Social Security and Medicare. I couldn't agree more. Medicaid is not included and I'll tell you why shortly. The fact that she would state this publicly is unprecedented considering how the leftists from Franklin Roosevelt to Barack Obama have convinced everyone that they can't live without them.

     Anyone that does not know what harm these entitlements pose to us will think I am an absolute radical. I don't care if people think that because it is time everyone faces reality. I have already accepted the fact that many Americans will not educate themselves and will vote for a populist message or a good looking candidate. The only reason these entitlements were implemented in the first place was because people like this didn't know any better. They didn't know that they would slowly become slaves to the state. The American people during the Great Depression were desperate. In that atmosphere they allowed Roosevelt to do virtually anything he wanted to do to rectify the situation or rather pacify the frightened electorate. He took advantage of his "crisis" and was able to saddle us with Social Security.

     It is amazing how similar the 1930's and 2000's really are. Back then the press demonized business and the outgoing president Herbert Hoover. Labor unions were strong, influential, and in bed with the leftist democrats. The new president Roosevelt promised the world and an end to the Depression. Sounds eerily familiar doesn't it. Another example of history repeating itself when it is forgotten and ignored. Well, today is different. We have instant information and we are more informed than ever. The left needs an ignorant people in order to be successful. Americans like you and I are going to be the ants at their picnic. We are teaching people the right way, the Founding Fathers' way.

     The same results we are getting now from Obama is what Americans in 1933 received from Roosevelt. Lots of grandiose talk and public projects but failure in the end. Roosevelt never did rescue America from the Great Depression and anyone that tells you he did is either ignorant of the facts, or is lying to you. In fact, the Depression got worse as time went on. Roosevelt exploded the debt, but Obama is taking it to levels that might be un-recoverable. The pundits now talk about a double dip recession, but back then there were alot of dips. The economy didn't start to recover fully from the depression until after 1946. This is after the war, and after Roosevelt's death.

     The 1930's were bad but the war years in the 1940's were worse. The war was convenient for Roosevelt in the sense that the economy was obviously secondary to the war effort. The year 1946 is significant because it was in that year that the new president Harry Truman cut taxes. This move instantly spurred business and created jobs for returning servicemen. You can look back in history and see the worst of times in the American economy and there is always a democrat making it worse. By contrast you see the best of times in American history, which the 1950's definitely were, and there is less government with tax cuts across the board.

     It was in the leftist manufactured Great Depression as I said earlier, that Roosevelt was able to muscle through socialist policies like Social Security that haunt us to this day. "But Michael, why is Social Security so bad?" Social Security is bad because it is a fake, a shell game, a Ponzi scheme, whatever you want to call it. Social Security takes from the working to pay for the receiving. Robbing Peter to pay Paul. It's wealth redistribution right under your nose. When you get your yearly Social Security report, compare the number you will be receiving per month when you retire with the number taken out of your check per month. It isn't possible for the government to sustain paying more and receiving less. What the government promises they can never deliver. This is why the national debt is 13 trillion dollars now.

     Think of it like this. Your parents, whatever age, have paid into Social Security their entire lives. Say your dad is 65 and started working at 20. That means he started paying into the system in 1965. Well, if you haven't checked, inflation has gone up quite a bit since then. A 1965 dollar your father paid in then, doesn't buy now, what it did in 1965. The government has to pay you more than you paid in. Otherwise people would want to riot because the amount you received wouldn't cut it in today's economy. It would be a minuscule amount per month compared to what you really get. The leftists hook everyone with this scheme because in the end you are getting money for nothing. There is no "lock box" for Social Security and there never was. Social Security is just another tax. In the first years of Social Security there was a surplus because people had not started collecting yet, but as soon as retirees started drawing checks the two ends have been coming together. Now in 2010, Social Security is paying out more than it takes in and this is before the "baby boomer" generation retires en masse.

     Just like Obamacare, Social Security is another way to get people subservient and dependent on the federal government. The people of America must realize that the more the government takes care of you, the more they control you, and the worse your life will get. I cannot stress this more urgently. When you let someone that doesn't love you have control of the most intimate decisions of your life, (health and retirement, with more to come) you are not going to like the end result. There are certain powers laid out in the Constitution for the federal government to retain, but since the early 1900's those powers have slowly expanded into the monster government that we now fight. Social Security is breaking Constitutional law every day that it exists. The Founding Fathers would never have condoned entitlements or wealth redistribution. They knew it was certain failure.

     Anytime there are people dependent on the government for their livelihood there is an absolute collapse of that community. Free government money drains people of their ambition to achieve anything. Morality, education, health, and family structure are destroyed when the government becomes the provider. The American Indians have been devastated by government handouts as well as Black Americans. Where there is a ghetto there are government checks. If the leftists had their way we would all be equally devastated. What does this have to do with Social Security? Social Security is different in that unlike welfare you pay into it. But like welfare you are at the mercy of the government to pay. It is another form of dependent slavery to the government. Everyone expects to have a retirement check from the government when they retire. What would you do if that check did not, or could not come? Alot of people would be working until they died. If you were forced by necessity to cover your own retirement like before the 1930's, you would pay more attention to the details.

     It is criminal to me that we are forced to pay an extra tax for something that probably will not be there at our retirement. I want my money back so that I can invest it, save it, buy gold, or whatever I want to do with it. I know I could make more from it in the private sector. The government doesn't invest your money. The government also doesn't produce anything at all to make money. The money they have is taken from us. We cannot allow the leftists to create more entitlements to further make us slaves to the "company store". The next step for them is to nationalize industry so that profits go to the treasury and not to share holders or employees. Then they will seize all private property for the good of the state. "Yeah sure Michael, like that will ever happen here, this is America." Read history if you don't believe me. Or better yet read Saul Alinsky, the intellectual God to the hardened leftists like our current president. They don't hide their intentions.

     The first step to ending this madness is to stop their march to communism by educating people and winning elections. Only then can we begin to undue the institutional damage they have already done and force the government back to the Constitutional boundaries. As for ending Social Security, I believe the only way to stop it is to end the mandate that everyone is automatically enrolled. The people that have paid in will have the option to recoup the money they paid in or continue on and receive benefits. No new enrollees will be allowed after a certain date so as to close the program as soon as the last recipient has passed. If the federal government would leave all of us alone and let us keep our hard earned money we could invest in robust businesses that would pay us a whole lot more.

     Medicare is the same thing but worse off than Social Security. If we could all buy insurance across the country and get competition involved it would be inexpensive enough so as to not warrant needing a handout from Washington. The same principles apply here as they do with Social Security. Medicaid I believe should remain, but it should be provided on the state level as per the 10th Amendment (states rights) and have nothing to do with the federal government. Medicaid is the only government hand out there should be because there are times that people are truly indigent and it is not a permanent entitlement to be used throughout life.

     The future of our country depends on everyone understanding these points. We must end all entitlements at the federal level and recall the Founders vision to restore our country to it's greatness.

Progressivism vs Wisdom

     I read somewhere once that the definition of insanity is someone trying the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. If this is true then there are alot of insane people in America, and all over the world for that matter. Take the city of Detroit, or most big cities in America. What do they all have in common? They are all run by leftist democrats and have been for decades. The democrat party has overseen and perpetuated the decay and demolition of our most productive and prosperous industrial centers. I see it as plain as day, you see it as plain as day, but the voters of Detroit or any other big city fall for the same populist propaganda every time. Do they actually believe that the next corrupt democrat will make a difference? Do the people of Detroit want to have a prosperous city where a person can find a job and live a decent life? These are questions that Detroiters and others need to ask themselves.

     I don't mean to pick on Detroit, but they are simply the poster child of how to run a city into the grave. Many other cities are not much better off. There is obviously a problem in America. The problem is much more visible in the cities, but small towns and everywhere else government has been hijacked by leftists have experienced the failure of leftist ideology. The problem is education. I don't mean the local public school, although they are a huge problem that contributes to this article, but I digress. The education I am referring to is adult common sense. The need to know how things work in government, industry, and the economy. It is instinctive for me. Not because I am a genius, but because I was not a genius and could not stand when I heard a conversation that I could not contribute to. Government, industry, and the economy have a huge impact on your life. To go through life without a basic knowledge of these and how they work is sad. You don't have to be an ingenious manufacturer like Henry Ford or a brilliant economist like Arthur Laffer or even an extremely intelligent and articulate Constitutional attorney like Mark Levin to understand these concepts. They are not quantum physics, they are more important.

     Having this basic knowledge is paramount in order to make the right choices when you cast your ballot on election day. You cannot make the right choices if you do not know how to fix the problems that are afflicting you, your family and your community. You can let your mechanic use their knowledge to fix your car. You must listen to your attorney if you have to appear in court. But voting and choosing candidates is completely the opposite. Politicians are "politicians" because we don't pay attention and worse yet, we do not have a clue. Dirty politicians like democrats will tell you what you want to hear. Then when elected they do what they want to advance their agenda, pad their pockets and then deflect blame for the lack of progress. The honest politician usually never gets elected because they will not tell you what you want to hear, they will tell you the truth. As an informed voter you will want to hear the truth and that the candidate you select is going to solve problems the logical way and not bathe you in platitudes and propaganda.

     This brings me to progressivism. Progressivism is just a code word for socialism which eventually will lead to totalitarian communism. The word itself is a lie. There is nothing progressive about progressivism. It is a philosophy that dates back to the 1800's and beyond in concept. Progressives are simply communists hiding behind a more palatable word. There are some things that have not been invented yet ie; the Time Machine, the Transporter, and personal space ships that travel at warp speed. However, political concepts are like sex, everything you can possibly think up has been tried by someone else at some point in time already.

     Socialism/communism/progressivism and every other ridiculous leftist theory have all been tried somewhere and at sometime and guess what? They have all failed miserably. The shining example of the failure of the totalitarian communist central government state (the true destination of today's leftist) is the former Soviet Union. For years the left loved the Soviet Union praying that it would prove capitalism wrong and become the lone super power of the world. Of course, anyone with a brain that has a capacity for logic and reason, knew that it was only a matter of time before the Russian people became tired of the rationing of government handouts and lack of freedoms. No one loves a central government where the political class live like kings and the rest live like serfs. No one is going to give 100% to a political concept for the betterment of the collective it's just not human nature. Communism would work great if we were all robots, but we are not robots. We are humans similar in alot of ways but all of us uniquely individual. People work hard when they know they are going to get a reward. The leftists never seem to understand this.

     "So what is your alternative Michael?" America is the alternative! Freedom is the alternative. There is a reason that America is the most powerful, the most prosperous, the most free, and the most benevolent of any country state to ever exist. That reason is individual freedom and the right to keep and use your own private property as you see fit. Why would someone in a factory want to produce more product if they were going to get the same pay as someone that is slacking off? These are not hard concepts. These are facts that the leftist ignores and lies to all of us about. They want to steal your private property and your freedoms then have you thank them. The wisdom of conservatism is that we already know socialism/communism/progressivism and the every other silly leftist theory are failures from history with numerous examples. People with freedom become complacent over time. It is in this small window of opportunity that the leftist begins to gradually gain power and slowly chip away at your freedoms until you wake up one day to find them gone.

     America didn't happen miraculously overnight. The Founding Fathers were well aware of what they were doing and staked all they had to give on it. The Founders had the wisdom of thousands of years of experience to craft our founding and governing documents, then form a country. America was the culmination of centuries of trial and error. We all know the rest of the story. Do not let our generation be the generation that let America slip away. Educate yourselves and friends and family of the folly of leftist ideology and the wisdom of Conservatism.

Pessimism Is Poison In Politics

     If there is one thing that is true about leftists it is their endless pursuit of negative emotions. Leftists are angry, sad, or disgusted all the time and are constantly trying to make everyone else that way as well. I absolutely refuse to be angry, sad or disgusted. I prefer to be happy as much as possible. If I wake up on the wrong side of the bed I force myself to think positively and reject the ease of being negative. Yes, there are times when I cannot help but be angry, sad, or disgusted, but I keep them to a minimum in frequency and length of time. There is also anxiety that is a constant for leftists. Remember that they are victims in their minds. Anxiety is a reaction to thinking that someone is always out to get you and/or take what you have. Anxiety is the most annoying feeling in the world even when it is just a case of stagefright or the jitters when starting something new. Imagine feeling that way all the time. It is no surprise to me that leftists are the most miserable people on the planet.

     There are two types of leftists out there. The first is your normal everyday leftist, your average democrat. They are the hippies, tree huggers and granola heads, or they used to be in the 60's or 70's. They feel that it is their personal mission to save the whales or feed the bums etc. Most of these people are serious pot smokers or use other recreational drugs. Smoking pot and taking drugs are vehicles to escape reality but more importantly to escape anxiety. I believe that a few quality rounds of therapy would solve most of this categories' problems. The next is more sinister.

     The second is the hard core Alinsky leftist that wants a "revolution" but is willing to settle for "evolution" to achieve totalitarian communism as long as it gets done. They are drones for this cause and would sacrifice everything to achieve it. These are the people that will not stop ever and are the most sinister. They escape from the constant anxiety by doubling their efforts to achieve their goals. In other words they lie alot more, cheat alot more, and steal alot more than the average leftist to make themselves feel better. The anxiety affects them just as negatively but they are alot more dangerous to our country.

     If you have ever been around leftists in their world it is a sight to see. Everyone of them that has achieved success has had to swim in the gutter and love it in order to advance. They are ruthless to each other because they are all competing for the therapeutic attention and fame. It's sort of like throwing a steak on the floor and watching starving dogs fight for it. They are dysfunctional and damaged as a rule. I can count on one hand the Hollywood marriages that two famous people have stayed married for more than a couple of years. Strung out rock stars, abusive actors, suicidal porn stars, you name it, most of them are or have been drug addicts or have been arrested for impaired driving, spousal battery, or some other crazy felony or misdemeanor. They are not normal people like you and I that get up everyday and live our lives without a thought. They merely play normal people on screen or sing about normal people. The non-famous ones are most usually teachers or some kind of artist and barely scraping by, but still love company in their misery.

     The leftist thought process is 180 degrees opposite of the logical thought process. Leftists reject reason when making decisions and reject any accountability when they fail. It is obvious to me and to most Americans what they are up to and it makes me crazy when some of us know better but give them a pass anyway. This brings me to the pessimism that I want conquered. It is the pessimism that rears its ugly head once in a while in conservative circles. Pessimism can be a nasty, self-fulfilling prophecy.

     The hard core leftists want nothing more than to cause us as much anxiety as possible. They believe if they can dampen our enthusiasm they can concoct ways to pull off wins and retain control of government. We cannot let them affect us. Every time the Founding Principles and the Constitution are matched against their socialism and communism in whatever form they want to disguise it in we win. America wins. It is only when Conservatives in government office and civilian life become apathetic do we lose elections and let happen what is happening now. Conservatism has always succeeded. Communism and socialism have never succeeded.

     I listen to the radio most days and once in a while I will hear pessimism. It makes me want to be able reach in and straighten the caller and the host out. Pessimism has no place in America, we are eternal optimists. Imagine if the Founders had been pessimistic, we wouldn't be here having a conversation about pessimism. Here in Nevada there are three candidates in the Republican primary to challenge Harry Reid in the November election. Otherwise known as "Judgment Day". Supposedly according to some silly poll only one candidate named Sue Lowden can beat Reid. As it is Sue Lowden is not going to win the primary. The winner is going to be a local Nevada legislator and solid as a rock Conservative named Sharron Angle. According to the same poll Reid beats Angle by 3 points. It's "BS", not true, hogwash, whatever you want to call it. There is no way legally that Harry Reid is going to win in November. Sharron Angle would have to shoot up democrat headquarters with an M-16 in order to mess this up. Reid barely won before, and now after shoving health care and the rest down our throats the state of Nevada is ready to stick it up his you know what.

    My message is, don't worry so much. Stay focused on the good. Don't let yourself feel every political ripple in the pond because none of them mean anything until after "Judgment Day". Just do what we have in Nevada. Educate yourself and those close to you, pick the best most Conservative candidates, campaign for them, get out the vote, and the rest will take care of itself. Let the leftists suffer the anxiety.

Media Bias Is Cliche Now

     Why anyone, would watch the big three networks for credible news, is beyond me. It wouldn't be so bad if they weren't so obvious. The love and empathy the Marxist media has for Obama is way too rich for me to watch. Even for reference to use here I cannot stomach them. They are as predictable as lunar cycles and I could no more listen to them lie than I could to a screaming infant in a movie theater. No matter how Obama performs, and no matter what shape the country is in, they are right there cheerleading the hard left anti-American team. I want all of them to fail like they so wonderfully are. The entire purpose of journalism is to report, not to drive a story or an ideology. Journalism is supposed to be looking out for us, not sleeping with the enemy. Journalists are human and will personally support whomever they like off duty, but for entire news organizations to be propaganda arms of a political party in a free society is suicidal. Their credibility rides on objective reporting. When you lose your credibility as a journalist you are done.

     One man who is the poster child for credibility lost is Dan Rather. Dan Rather was the man that replaced Walter Cronkite. CBS News in its heyday was the most powerful news organization in the world. That all ended just before the November 2004 election. It was then that our hero Dan Rather tried to singlehandedly sway the electorate with a story that was proven to be a fabrication. The fact that the story was a fake was bad enough, but for this to come from a man that had for years had the attention and trust of millions of Americans is shocking. It shows the absolute depths of narcissism and hubris that journalists like Rather and organizations like CBS News have descended.

     This of course goes back to the fact that I have been pointing out for my entire adult life. Leftists are like Al-Quaida in that they care about nothing aside from advancing their agenda. The means are always justified by the end result. They will lie, cheat, steal, commit perjury, suborn perjury, and sacrifice anyone or anything. Until ever America-loving American realizes this we are in danger of losing everything. Our job of informing them and exposing the cancer that is leftist journalism is not done. Committed leftist journalists are dangerous to this country and must be exposed. It has gotten so bad that in order to even hear a "conservative" opinion, an entire network, FOXNews, had to be created. Rush Limbaugh created an entire industry in AM talk radio when President Reagan in the 80's discarded the FDR progressive era "fairness doctrine" that had for years been a way for leftists to suppress opposition on the radio. You know its bad when everyone knows the "National Enquirer" deserved the Pulitzer Prize for Journalism by exposing the John Edwards "love child" story that the leftist "main stream" journalists refused to.

     I love leftist ex-CNN owner Ted Turner's comment when he heard about the creation of FOXNews, that CNN would crush them like an "ant". It sounds funny now considering FOXNews' domination of the news business, but at the time CNN was the only cable news network. Now they are rightfully and thankfully, nothing but a shell of their former selves. The counter attack against these parasitic journalists and their formerly glorious, big named host platforms is slow but steady and the effects are beginning to show. When leftist ideals are put up against traditional ideals in the free market, the leftists are crushed.

     Big named leftist newspapers are the first ones feeling the backlash, and are going out of business. The New York Times, the worst of the worst in my opinion, is going to continue in some form or another for a while until it runs out of rich leftist suitors. This life support is only possible because of the lingering, but quickly dissipating long past reputation and legacy of the name and the city it serves. The best thing that could happen to them would be a buy out by someone committed to seriously restoring the papers' reputation and credibility and discarding the leftist anti-American slant to everything they print. By contrast the Wall Street Journal is thriving by continuing to be a solid credible news source. The big three broadcast television news departments will also continue as long as the parent companies make money on entertainment divisions to supplement them. However, it is encouraging to note that their influence is nothing compared to what it used to be and that they are an overall drain on their parent companies which will sooner or later be corrected.

     I read yesterday that Newsmax had put in an offer to purchase Newsweek magazine. The Washington Post, another failing leftist newspaper is selling off the magazine that has been around for 40 years. Newsweek is another typical story of a once proud news source with a good reputation slowly infiltrated by more and more radical leftists. The result also typical, is near bankruptcy and a death spiral in subscription numbers. My first thoughts were questioning the wisdom of Newsmax wanting to throw good money away for a money pit that would most likely take years to recover. However, the more I thought about it, the more I thought about habits and human nature. "What the heck are you talking about Michael?" Let me explain.

     Alot of people that buy magazines and newspapers do so out of habit. I buy the local newspaper, The Las Vegas Review-Journal, even though I do not agree with most of the commentary or hard news story political slants. I buy it out of habit and the lack of a better alternative. I believe that Newsmax will benefit in the long run by buying Newsweek and turning it around. There are plenty of doctors offices and hotels that will keep buying it. There are plenty of people that will continue to subscribe no matter what, solely because of the name. I see an opportunity in this to turn the tables on the leftists and to take down one of their ivory towers. Taking Newsweek from the leftists and returning it to credible news status would be a major triumph. It would also expose alot more people, out of habit, to solid credible news unblemished by leftists.

     I have written before about the insidious leftist infiltration of all of our institutions and sources of learning and knowledge. This is one we could put in the plus column if Newsmax acquires Newsweek. If not it is still a failing magazine that some other leftist is going to waste alot of money on. Media bias might be cliche but we are starting to eradicate the leftist disease that sickens our sources of news. Lets hope we win this battle because it means the future of everything we know and hold dear.

Your Voting Knowledge is Needed NOW!

I would first like to thank Mike for allowing me the opportunity to say a few words that many of the voices in my head have been discussing. Mike’s been working very hard lately trying to get his font right. So, he asked me to write an article on an important subject.

And what I wish to discuss is the need to get started. Started politically that is. Several days ago Mike and I, while working, talked about one of our favorite subjects. Conservative politics! I mentioned to Mike that people weren’t paying attention yet to the upcoming elections. I’m not necessarily talking about the November 2 election, but the elections that occur around the country before then. It’s called primary elections. Each state is different as to when they hold their primaries, so you will want to check to see the exact date of your state. But as far as this article is concerned we will use the state of Nevada as an example.

Getting back to the discussion Mike and I had. We decided to conduct a small experiment. We asked several of our co-workers, who are conservatives, who they intended to vote for in the Nevada Republican primary for the US senate. As it turned out the majority of these good conservatives couldn’t even say who was even running for the office. What makes this scary is that the Nevada primary is scheduled for June 8, just 2 short months away. This might not be such a big deal for everyone, but here in Nevada there are 5 republicans running to unseat Senator Harry Reid.

If a person is not informed and then enters the voting booth, how will they know which is the best candidate? My worst vision would be for uninformed people voting someone into office who would be just as bad, or worse than Senator Reid. As we know there are some who run for office as Republicans, but who once elected, are as bad as the person who they replaced. Once these politicians are elected they will do everything to separate you from your freedoms.

So what do I advise? Start getting involved. Get to know who the candidates are. I’ve become Facebook fans of almost all the candidates. Most post their views and ideas on Facebook nearly daily. Many also use Twitter. Check out their websites and email them, and ask them questions. You will soon learn which candidates meet your expectations.

Next, start asking other people questions. Mike and I just asked a couple simple questions to people. One, are you a registered to vote? And, which candidate do you like? This in itself will get people thinking. One person that I asked these questions to was questioning me the next day about candidates. As it turns out that night he and his wife began to discuss the issues. They are now on their way to be informed.

I don't know what this font looks like on my regular desktop because it is broken as I mentioned before. Please forgive me if it is too big or different from the original font. I would use the same font but the controls are different on the this laptop with Microsoft Vista as opposed to the broken down desktop with Microsoft XP. I will try and get it as close as possible.

     They still don't get it! The Marxist Democrats, along with the most inexperienced President ever to take office, seem to think that if they keep lying, somehow, someday, we are going to start believing them. Why is it that immediately after signing into law the healthcare bill, Obama is going on a campaign tour to promote it? They think we are stupid that's why. The really funny part of all of this is that Americans are more informed now than ever. Most Americans know more about the specifics of the bill than the Marxist Democrats that voted for it. Listen up President Obama! We read the bill and we still reject it. Only the true leftist believers and the uninformed want Obamacare. The rest of us know what this is going to do to the quality and the quantity of healthcare, let alone the federal budget. But despite falling poll numbers and an enormous grassroots uprising against their policies, they plow on with the same arrogant, patronizing march to socialism and communism.

     "Oh Michael there you go again calling people names" I don't mean it to be an insult. I am simply calling them what they are. Wealth redistribution and "social justice" are Marxist ideas. Marxist is a term that originated from the writings of a Jewish, German philosopher named Karl Marx, who wrote the "Communist Manifesto". Calling it any other name doesn't change the philosophy. "Progressive" is the new word of today and sooner or later they will have to hijack another word when they have worn that one out. If you have never read radical leftist professor Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" I suggest you do. You will be amazed at the clockwork precision that Obama and the Marxist Democrats are following Alinsky's plans to turn our capitalist country into a communist country. True believers like Obama will sacrifice everything for the end result. The leftist believes that if they can get social entitlement legislation passed it will be impossible to repeal. The reasoning behind that is that once people get used to something and depend on it they don't want to lose it. They are absolutely right. Look at Social Security, look at Medicare and Medicaid. Look at welfare.

     Well what's wrong with those you say? All of them take something from someone to give for free to another. There isn't a problem with that when programs are used as a helping hand to get back on your feet. However when dependency on the federal government for your survival becomes cradle to grave, we have a problem. I urge all of you to watch the movie "Precious". You will see what government dependence has done to people. Everywhere you have people collecting checks and not producing you have crime and drug abuse and low expectations. Government dependence has never worked anywhere the leftists have pushed it. I can't imagine the indignity of depending on others for my survival and livelihood. The self confidence gained from enjoying the fruits of your own labor is fabulous and makes you want to work even harder. Someone said to me, "So you think it should be every man for himself?" Yes! People must stop depending on others to pay their way. We need an intervention for the entire dependent class. If you plan to retire with Social Security as your main source of income you had better think twice. No matter the promises, every entitlement program is broke as we speak.

     If the government collapsed tomorrow what would these people do? You have to know how to make it on your own and be forced to do it. I know there are times in our world that people need help to get back on their feet for whatever reason. We have programs already in place for that. If you live in Michigan and have been laid off from GM for a year and a half and your unemployment runs out and you have 3 children to feed, Yes, you need help to carry on until you are called back or find another job to sustain. I haven't got a problem with that whatsoever. What I do have a problem with is de-funding and bankrupting a program called Medicaid that was created to solve the "uninsured" indigent problem, and then totally swallowing the entire health care industry. It's sort of like breaking a radio knob and throwing the entire car away for a more expensive clunker that has been proven to be a money pit at best.

     Medicare and Medicaid are the top deniers of healthcare claims in the country above and beyond any private insurance company. Amazing huh? They won't tell you fun facts like that. No, they use the conquer and divide method of convincing people that the 'real' enemies are the rich, evil insurance and pharmaceutical companies. Yes, the same ones that employ tens of thousands of Americans and are probably in every single Americans' 401k portfolio. The same companies that have invented more medicines and cures for diseases than any foreign country. The same companies that have given us healthcare that is the envy of the world. Obama is right about one thing, healthcare is expensive. It shouldn't be as expensive as it is.

     The reason that healthcare is expensive is the same reason that it is more expensive to live in the state of Massachusetts than it is to live in the state of Nevada. Government! Government is the reason for the extra expense of everything. Think of it this way; If there were only one sandwich shop in your area and you liked sandwiches, you would either buy their sandwiches or drive a long way to get another. That is what the federal government is doing to us. They are trying to become the only option in town or out of town. How would you solve the one bad sandwich town problem? You or someone else opens an alternative sandwich shop and make better sandwiches. Which would in turn force the formerly only sandwich shop owner to make better sandwiches at a better price. Capitalism and the free market work without a hitch as long as government keeps their imprint to a minimum. No I don't believe in a government free society. I demand a government that regulates to promote more freedom not to take more freedom and hard earned wealth to expand itself.

     Competition and individual rewards are what motivate people to do better and create more, not sitting in a government subsidized apartment waiting for the mailman to bring a welfare check. We have survived and thrived beyond all others without Obamacare for the last 234 years and we will thrive long after Obama is gone and Obamacare has been repealed. However, if this allowed to continue, more and more people will become dependent on the government and less and less people will be paying in to sustain it. Eventually the producers are going to stop producing and the entire house of cards will fall. Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security are already insolvent as we speak. How are we going to pay for another trillion dollar program? We can't. Everything they are spending now is borrowed money that you and I and our grandchildrens' grandchildren will have to pay back with interest.

     Why don't more people get that? It is baffling to me that people could support a government operating in a continuous deficit. What would you say to a friend, that was in debt up to his or her ears, that tells you they are going to take out another loan to buy something they do not need? You would tell them "don't be a moron!". The government is doing exactly that. Look at some of the states that do not have the luxury of printing more money. California is a great example of morons running the state into the ground. Now they are complaining because teachers are getting laid off. My heart bleeds for all of the leftist indoctrinators that now have to sit home and smoke pot between cry sessions. Maybe they should have all thought of that before. California is in debt to their own people for billions. It is just another example of leftists in charge of government. Look at every state in trouble and who has controlled their legislatures and cities? Ding Ding Correct! Democrats. Who is in charge of Detroit and Cleveland and Washington D.C., the poster children for how to destroy a once thriving and prosperous city, and have been for years and years? Wow you are so smart! Correct again, Democrats. People voted with their feet in Detroit, Conservatives have been long gone for 40 years, the others slowly filed out and soon after the freeloaders went with their fellow locusts. What's left is a hollow shell of a once proud city. The hardy freeloaders still there are still voting Democrat. You reap what you sew.

     Democrats are like locusts. They ruin their home towns, cities, and states. Then they move to places that are doing just fine but aren't artsy enough or they allow smoking in of all places a bar, God forbid smoking in a bar! Then they start voting and attract other like minded Democrats and eventually run for office. Then they strip the place bare and increase the cost of living to a point that is unbearable. However, instead of staying and living in their own toilet creation they move to the next wonderful place and proceed to destroy them. Then they wonder why people cannot stand them. In Nevada there is a seething hatred of Californians that move here and try this. So far we have been lucky in thwarting them but I am afraid that now that California is going to be down for a while they will start coming here in droves. I say we put up a border checkpoint and charge them for a visitors visa then arrest them and deport them back to California if they stay past their visa. Or have a sign at the border that says "If you are a leftist and want to change us, turn your car around and drive home. You are not welcome in Nevada!" I can only dream.

     The problem still remains that you have these people that are determined to force all of us to do things their way come hell or high water. This is always going on. While we live our lives and have fun the leftists never stop plotting, and never stop trying to advance their agenda. On top of all of this they still truly believe that they are intellectually more advanced than we are. They think of us as the dumb population that doesn't know what's good for them. They are like teenagers that think they are smarter than their parents, but leftists unlike the teenager, never grow up and tell you later that you were right all along. Letting Marxists run your government is like trusting that a hyperactive chimp with a hammer, let loose in your house will not break things. Its that bad. Their relentless nature demands that we are equally vigilant, forever. Freedom must be fought for by everyone that wants it, for the rest of eternity. Otherwise you will eventually lose it to people that think they are more intelligent than you are. It's that bad and yes it makes me just as angry, and more determined than ever.

     We all have to mobilize in the run up to November and defeat the Marxists or otherwise we doom our wonderful country to terminal failure and worse. President Bush would say, "The Marxists are going to hear all of us soon!"

Computer Problems

Note: My main computer has contracted a virus and despite repeated attempts to fix the problem it is still not functioning properly. I am in the process of purchasing a new desk top computer. In the meantime I have to share a laptop with my wife. She is currently enrolled in university classes and uses the laptop nearly every day. This is why my entries have been scarce lately at The Patriot Journal. This will not last much longer as I am going to have the new computer in a few weeks. I have much to say and I am bursting at the seams without my outlet. Please forgive me all of you wonderful subscribers and readers, you are truly my inspiration. I have not forgotten you or our quest to return America to the principles of the founding. Thank you.

Patriotism Is A Reality Of The Heart

     I don't know why I am so patriotic. I sort of know, but it's hard to explain exactly why. The burning flame is in my heart and there is no way I could put it out even if I wanted to. I love it when I drive past a certain car dealership here in Las Vegas and see the Camp Pendleton headquarters' sized American flag waving in the wind. It's bigger than a house. I get choked up listening to the "Star Spangled Banner" being played at the high school football game and I am not the kind of person that wears emotions on their sleeve. I read books about the Founding Fathers and watch Patriotic movies and documentaries. I have visited nearly all of the historic sites in the country. I have seen the original copies of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. I have seen the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. They weren't just old buildings and old documents to me. They were fascinating to me. They are the tangible treasures that tell the story of America's greatness.

     Sure, I could say I love America because I'm American but that isn't enough for me. I was born an American and yes I love America for that reason, but everyone has pride and love for their homeland. If you take a look around the world and do your own research you see exactly why America is worth fighting for above any other place on earth. Even knowing that America is the best country on earth ever, still doesn't explain it though. People laugh at me because I spend alot of time thinking about it. Maybe they are right, maybe I do think too long and deeply about it, but I can't help it. I wrap myself in the flag always, not just when it's politically expedient or when it's popular. America is always popular in my eyes and there is nothing cliche about America to me. Defending America is defending God, family and freedom. America stands for all that is good and rejects all that is evil. We cannot forget this fact or refuse to believe that this status is as fragile as a newborn baby. In this day and age of evil in our political leadership, I feel all Americans including myself, have a profound duty to give all we can to preserve our country and way of life.

     I sometimes wish I could go back in time and tell all the Patriots at the founding that their actions have inspired the world for 200 plus years, and show them their creation as it is now. To shake their hands and tell them thank you. I would sit with George Washington and have a beer or whiskey he produced and show him his army as it is now. Washington didn't like to shake hands so I would have saluted him. Can you imagine sitting with Thomas Jefferson and getting his advice and insights on any philosophical subject. Picking his brain for knowledge would be indescribable. Imagine being there with Francis Scott Key in Baltimore harbor while the British were shelling Fort McHenry. I wish i could tell Lincoln that he is a personal hero for doing the hard things when it would have been alot easier to go the other route. These men became great because of their actions and love of America and are who I look up to for inspiration.

     There is no question that the founding generation was our greatest, but I also have great respect for the World War II generation. What they did to save our country and what they had to live through was rough to say the least. They endured The Great Depression as children, then as young adults fought a terrible, brutal war. No wonder the 1950's were the time of white picket fences and "Pleasantville". They couldn't take anymore bad. They did every thing they could to save and were happy for what they had and were able to work for. It's too bad that their children, the "Baby Boomers" turned out to be one of the worst generations to ever occupy space. My generation the X'ers and the next one the Y'ers are not much better. If any lesson is to be learned, it's that spoiling your children and concealing the hard knock lessons of life, produce spoiled brats that have no clue what it took to create what they take for granted. I feel if education doesn't work it will be tough reality and rock bottom misery that force Americans to wake up and realize how blessed they once were.

     Being a student of history fans the flames of love I have for this country. No other people have been free like we have for the amount of time we have. This freedom has created something that has never had an equal and probably never will. What we enjoy has been in peril since the founding. Presidents, Members of Congress as well as the Supreme Court in the past and present have tried to steal our freedoms. We have had to fight for them every step of the way. The allure of power especially for insecure leftists is all encompassing. Obama shows us this is his goal every time he does anything. He talks one way and does the exact opposite every time. He is going to push for a government health care take over no matter who he has to walk over or through to do it. He is going to take a political sword for it and doesn't care. That is evil and insane and it must be stopped. Obama doesn't love America, he hates America.

     "Why do you say these bad things about our President on your blog Michael?" Because it's true. If he truly loved America he would follow the will of the people. He will find out the hard way that he is a representative of the people not a ruler. George Bush would never have pushed anything through that 60% of Americans were against. He knew who he was there to serve. Obama doesn't care that the Constitution is his guideline, because he rejects the Constitution. Therefore, according to his actions I have to conclude that Obama is a power hungry narcissist and not an America loving Patriot. I don't forget that he refused until it was politically damaging to wear an American flag pin on his lapel or put his hand over his heart for the singing or playing of the National Anthem. I don't forget the campaign promises that turned into blatant lies. I won't forget his faithful supporters either. I will never watch NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN or MSNBC for anything except sports again. I reject anti-American rhetoric in any news or entertainment venue and refuse to finance supporters thereof. Obama and his allies remind me again of the past. History gives me insight because humans never change and Obama is dangerous if he gets anymore powerful.

     I have talked to hundreds if not thousands of people that tell me they are deeply afraid of the current government and their blatant power grab. People are starting to realize that the freedom we as a nation have enjoyed for two plus centuries is again in danger. We are not the first generation to have to fight for America. We must absolutely refuse to be the last. Every 40 or 50 years there is a new threat and this is it for us. The Tea Parties have shown me that there are millions of us that get it. The level of Patriotism in the past couple of years is more than I have seen in a long time. The democrat party has as I have said in the past become a symbol of socialism and government tyranny. This is a great sign that others are seeing what I have seen for ages. Also encouraging are the recent election results from some very leftist states. Our country needs us all. The time is now that every American must be introspective and do the right thing. True Patriots know that Patriotism is not a state of mind, it's a burning reality of the heart.

American Exceptionalism

     American Exceptionalism is a fact, but it might sound arrogant to someone that doesn't understand why America is exceptional in the first place. Barack Obama is one of these people and loves to mock this fact. He doesn't believe America is exceptional any more than Sudan or Cambodia is exceptional. He doesn't want America to be exceptional. He has the typical leftist victim mentality that America became prosperous by stealing from the poor of the world. We all know this is a complete lie. His ilk claim we have stolen from others. We have never stolen, we have never invaded a country and permanently annexed it's land or stolen any foreign resources. However we have invaded and liberated the populations of countries from dictators. Every foreign resource we have ever acquired we have paid for and then some. Some countries we have invaded and liberated them, then helped them rebuild, and then became equal trading partners and purchased their products and resources.

     Do you think the Romans did that or the Mongols or the Arabs? They didn't, they conquered and took what they wanted at will. Even our best ally the UK, also known in the past as Great Britain, never did that. In fact Great Britain and the Netherlands were the countries that started the slave trade here before we were a country. Great Britain and the European powers were never liberators. They would colonize a country, subject it's citizens to martial law, then over years and years, extract their natural resources for their own financial gain. No other country in history has ever done what America has done. I don't understand how anyone could not see that America is exceptional now or compared to any other nation at any time in history. Some of my leftist colleagues like to repeat Obama. "We think we are exceptional like Greeks think Greece is exceptional". Then I counter with the question "what country is better than the United States of America to live in?" They certainly don't think Greece is better. Some say Canada some say France etc. but most of them have never visited those countries to see first hand even the cosmetic differences let alone the societal and governmental differences. Even if they had, they certainly would not want to move and leave America behind.

     You will never hear of boat loads of Americans washing up in Cuba or anywhere else, for their excellent health care and way of life. During the Cold War you didn't see American athletes defecting to Russia and China to live the good life. There are not large groups of Americans moving to other countries and setting up little America's in foreign cities. There might be the occasional retiree moving to Mexico to stretch the retirement dollars, or the occasional hippie or Hollywood actor moving to France but they give up alot more than they gain. Even Mexicans and Frenchmen will tell you that. I have been all over the world and when you mention you are from America their eyes light up. Even the people that do not like America are fascinated with it. The rest of the world apart from the leftists of the world are enamored with America. They all want to come here at least once in their lives. I would bet all of the money I have ever made that if a poll was taken of the rest of the inhabitants of the globe that aside from their home country, the vast majority of them would want to live in America. America is exceptional and we are made up of people from all over the earth. We have no special genetic advantage than others in the world. So, what is it that makes us exceptional? Let me explain, if you don't already know.

     America is exceptional for many reasons but the main reason is freedom. Our freedom is exceptional because our founding documents acknowledge that God gives us our freedoms. The Declaration of Independence written by Thomas Jefferson, eloquently but succinctly states that government cannot take away freedoms granted by God. This fact, hammered into the creation of our country, has allowed Americans and masses of immigrants the equal opportunity to achieve all they can achieve according to their own abilities and ingenuity. Freedom from government intrusion coupled with a free market society has made us the envy of the world. With that simple concept as our founding philosophy, we have achieved beyond anyone's wildest imaginations. We have created the highest standard of living any people have ever enjoyed. Our achievements in science and industry alone are legendary and we have only been here just under 234 years. The Chinese had dynasties that lasted for millennia and yet they have not advanced humanity more than America has. It wasn't that the Chinese couldn't have achieved what we have. They didn't because they didn't have the freedom we enjoy. If they had our government structure rather than feudal or communist rule they might have, but we will never know. Even now the Chinese are under Communist rule.

     "Ok Michael, so God gives us our freedoms. Why does that make us exceptional?" It makes us exceptional because in every other form of government your freedoms are given to you by the state and/or the majority. In the United States of America our freedoms stated in the Declaration of Independence cannot by law, be legislated or voted away. God given freedoms can only be taken by God whereas freedoms given by man can be taken by man. We have representatives not rulers. This little tidbit in the Declaration of Independence has allowed us to accomplish what we have. We have the freedom to enjoy all of the fruits of our labor. That is what motivates people to achieve. No one ever works as hard and long for a government or a collective as they would for themselves and their family. I have been to many foreign countries and none of them including Canada can come close to what we have here. We don't have all of the resources in the world but we have done better than anyone else with what we have and purchased what we didn't.

     The so called "poor" in this country live like the middle class in most countries in the world. What poor means in most countries is just that, without necessities to sustain life. The "poor" here are alot of times overweight, own televisions and telephones and can get free health care and free food from the government and/or a charity. We have shared our wealth with the less fortunate more than any other country and that charity has helped and saved the lives of many people all over the globe. We are always the first ones there in a tragedy or disaster and we always give the most. That anyone would hyphenate their nationality with an ancient country of origin makes me wonder if they know why their ancestors left the old country in the first place. Why would they chose America to come to? Why don't proud existing generations descended from immigrants move back to their ancient country of origin. The answer is simple. Their ancient countries of origin were not and continue to not be able to provide the opportunities for the quality of life we enjoy here. Anyone that says America is not exceptional is either ignorant or a hater or both. America will continue to be exceptional even if it means deporting all leftists to China.

The Tea Party Uprising Is Not In Peril

     This past week I was watching television (FoxNews) or listening to the radio (Rush, Hannity or Levin) I can't remember which, but someone was stating that they were worried the Tea Party movement was without a solid leadership and direction. I don't know what the person was thinking when they said this, but they should not, and need not worry about the Tea Party movement. The so called "Tea Party" movement is not, and never should be a formal organization. It doesn't have a President and officers with meetings in minutes. The Tea Party movement is all of us. We are a very large group of Americans angry and fearful of the direction our federal government is leading us. The Tea Party movement is just a clever name slapped onto the millions of us. This movement does not need leadership because passion and conviction are truly what grass roots movements are all about. We are all the leaders. The whole thing started online and through word of mouth, then exploded. The fuel for the fire was there and getting together online first then in person was the spark. People had been angry for some time, motivated to have their voices heard, and were happy to know they were not alone, hence the Tea Parties that stormed the nation in spring and summer of 2009.

     The leftists in the democrat party would love to find anyway possible to diminish or split up what we have going. When ignoring it didn't work they started to attack it and now they are trying to counter and conquer it. Remember, they are the masters at divide and conquer. Any dirty trick you can think of will be tried, because as we all know, to the leftist the ends justify the means. I heard a rumor recently that someone is going to try to run a "Tea Party" candidate in the Senate race against Harry Reid here in Nevada. If they are truly "Tea Party" people, I would urge them not to waste their money, votes, or their time with a third party even one called the "Tea Party". Third parties never ever win, especially in federal races. However, I'd be willing to put money on the belief that this is a hoax. This is more than likely another clever back room Nevada deal between big money lobbyists and Harry Reid in an attempt to split the Conservative vote so corrupt ol' Harry can retain his seat. Nothing new for him. This sort of chicanery is more like tomfoolery now in this day and age when there are so many citizen journalists that hear all of the nasty details and tell the world online. Getting away with tricks is getting much harder as more and more people pay attention and question the status quo as well as the quid pro quo. Most of us are very informed people, but there are some that are not so informed and are caught up in the football game of politics. You know what I mean, Red state vs Blue state, donkey vs elephant etc.

     A political party is irrelevant in name, it is the ideology that counts not the temporary people representing the party. For example, President Gerald Ford was a Republican, but there is no way you could call him a Conservative in the same mold as Ronald Reagan, who was also a Republican. Just as you could never call Barack Obama a liberal in the same mold as John Kennedy. The political parties are just vehicles to political office. This is not say the parties are not important because they are important, we have to use them. My first interest in politics came during the 1980 election between Carter and Reagan. I was angry over our hostages being held in Iran for 444 days. Everyone else was angry as well and Reagan won in a landslide. What we got in that election was not only a resolution to the Iran hostage crisis, but the best Conservative since Lincoln. He showed us that leftists want control and the only way forward for America was Founding Fathers' style Conservatism. It was a blessing to be a Conservative in this time in history. I learned so very much from this great American. On the downside it has left me yearning for another leader of this caliber. There will never be another Ronald Reagan but we can come close and we can give the next one a better Congress to work with than what Reagan had.

     I can't say this enough to people, but in order to insure that we have quality Conservatives running in every race in the country, the local Conservatives must get involved in the local GOP and refuse to support RINO's. If you are a registered Republican, the local party is yours. Go there and take it from those that would give RINO's your money or speak for you. Vote these people out of their positions and fill the officer ranks with Conservatives only. It takes getting off the couch and attending the meetings. It can get boring and tedious with all of your regular day to day responsibilities, but the stakes are too high to let others take care of it for you. People are always asking me what they can do. I tell them to get down to the GOP Headquarters and make a difference, it's our country and way of life at stake. You might think that you cannot alone make a difference, but believe me when I say that you are not alone by any means. These local GOP offices are being reclaimed around the country. Years of neglect by Conservatives has brought us to this point. This year, finally 2010, is going to change all of that and be a house cleaning of RINO's and leftists in the GOP as well as the government of the like that no one alive has ever seen. The coming tsunami is enormous.

     This brings me back to the Tea Party movement, and the power it possesses. Many media elite as well as political elite despise the fact that ordinary hard working Americans can crush them with our numbers. This angers them more than our message. These people will do anything to destroy us. We know this upfront and given the anger and fear involved in this movement there is nothing they can do to stop it. We have and will continue to ignore the "pundits" and talking heads to forge ahead as we have for the past year. The looming spectre of Judgment Day 2010 is hanging in the air like the humidity in Louisiana. I say let the leftists sweat it out and continue to show just how devious and arrogant they truly are as they race around like rats trying to find a hole to crawl into. The leaders of our movement are "We The People" our platform is the Constitution of the United States of America as interpreted by the Founding Fathers and we get our providence from God. The media will never understand or acknowledge these principles because they reject them and the wisdom they hold. Nothing will make me happier than to see the leftist media announcing the landslide that is going to happen on Judgment Day. I want to see how smart Katie Couric, Chris Matthews and the rest of the dying press think they are after having their leftists dreams crushed. The watching of them announce it will be icing on the cake for me. That true satisfaction will be knowing that we have stopped the systematic destruction of our country. We will celebrate first, then we will immediately start to gear up for Judgment Day 2012. Yes I am counting chickens before they are hatched but these are American chickens and we never ever lose the important ones. Yippie-ki-yay!

The Miracle In Massachusetts Is Being Ignored

     It's been a month since Scott Brown a Republican state Senator came out of nowhere and won the federal Senate seat that had previously been occupied by a Kennedy since 1952. If you had asked me to predict the outcome of this race 3 months ago, I would have confidently stated that a democrat mannequin could beat a resurrected Abraham Lincoln in that state. Massachusetts has been that far left for a long time, at least in federal elections. The last time a Republican won a senate race in Massachusetts was 1972. This win is incredibly significant in so many ways. The ramifications of this one election are going to be felt for many years and election cycles to come. January 19th, 2010 is going to go down in history as the day that the voice of all of America was channeled into one special election for a Senate seat.

     The Scott Brown win in Massachusetts was to everyone except the leftist political elite, a thunderclap of anger against the policies of President Obama and the democrat controlled Congress. You wouldn't know it by how they act now though, because they act to this day, like nothing ever happened. This doesn't surprise me in the least. These people are committed Marxists and will forge ahead no matter what. They were scheming before, during, and after this loss, on how to further their cause and minimize the damage. They are not going to take to heart the message that was sent by you and I and millions of other Americans this last year. They despise us and want nothing more than to permanently take control of us. Never ever forget that. I will say this until I die that we must continue to fight for our freedoms forever. We must always teach our children and anyone within earshot this truth. We are going to be constantly at war with the leftist ilk until the end of time. As long as there are insecure people that feel they are victims of society and deserve something from people that are self-confident, there will always be leftists trying to take what you have worked hard for, including your freedoms.

     I believe Obama was a God sent gift. Don't get me wrong, I didn't mean it "that" way. I meant it in the context that we have been rocked to sleep by leftists since Franklin Roosevelt, and Obama is the kick in the pants we all needed to make us think about what we really have here in this wonderful country. The leftists have been patient over time and have only nibbled away our freedoms slowly. Obama has shocked us all sober with an administration hell bent on getting the entire leftist wish list passed into law in record time, or at least as long as he had a filibuster proof Senate. This rush to turn America into something that we would never recognize has brought everyone out of a decades long funk. Obama came at the perfect time as well. The information age, where news on cable is 24/7 and accessible anywhere. We are also in a time where wireless phone service has given us instant communication. The internet is also a true God sent gift. Any information you have ever wanted to access to, is at your fingertips. The rapid access to information and the fear of losing our freedoms has created an enormous, pure, grass roots movement to shove back the leftist surge and move our country back to what the Founding Fathers envisioned. This would have never been possible this fast 15 years ago.

     What Scott Brown represents is a fear of losing everything our forefathers fought and died for. What Scott Brown's victory tells me is that people are learning that the leftists are liars. The leftists will tell you what you want to hear then ignore and diminish the Constitution. Obama is the epitome of the smiling, promising democrat politician that is going to solve all of your problems singing the populist tune, but turns out to be snake that is stalking your freedoms. My only hope is that this lesson is burned into our collective psyche for centuries. The Tea Party movement and the leftist reaction to it is responsible for this new age of enlightenment. Remember last summer when the elite left not only in government but in media and entertainment laughed at us and called us "Teabaggers"? Pretty funny until you lose your filibuster proof Senate majority. Judgment Day is coming for all of them and I am guessing that next Thanksgiving will not have alot of democrats giving thanks.

     Please do not let this one battle victory lull you into complacency. The leftists are hard at work pushing their agenda including refusing to let go of Obamacare. They still think we are stupid. If we stay focused and engaged we can be rid of most of them in 2010 and 2012. America is way too important to let be destroyed by evil. Do it for your children and their children and all that have fought and died for us. Just remember that George Washington. Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln and Ronald Reagan are smiling on us in Heaven.

Conservatism Sells

     I haven't seen the movie Avatar, and from what I have heard about it, I probably never will. I refuse to see a movie that puts our military in a bad light, period. More than one person has told me this movie portrays the military, particularly the Marines, as hired thugs that oppress native people for the purpose of exploitation by resource hungry Americans. I reject this premise and the people that made this movie. Our military is the best and most honorable in the history of the world and I refuse to hand my money over to see a movie that states or implies otherwise. I am so sick and tired of leftists telling lies about things they have no clue about. None of them have ever been in the military and none of them believe we have our freedoms because of the military. Evil from within, which are the leftists, must be defeated and their lies and insinuations like Avatar must be rebutted and not left to be undisputed. The movie from what I hear is a big hit but I believe that is due to the special effects and other aspects and not from it's underlying political message. Movies would be alot more fun for me if I were ignorant to the political jabs, but unfortunately I do not have the luxury of ignorant bliss. I can put up with some of that but I find myself less tolerant as time goes on. Hollywood keeps this up at it's own peril because sooner or later, like with leftist news, and alternative will emerge and crush them. I have a solution but not the means to accomplish it.

     Every Conservative I know can rattle off a list of actors that they will not pay to see because they are so blatantly anti-American. When I see American actors like Sean Penn and Danny Glover embracing leftist dictators like Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro it instantly stops me from ever watching or paying to watch anything they are involved with artistically. It's not a boycott, it's simply funneling my discretionary entertainment money to actors that I believe are America lovers and not America haters. It's the same thing as if you had a bad experience with one car brand and a good experience with another. You are probably going to stick with the good experience and not go back to the bad. I wish I had the money and the know-how to create an alternative to Hollywood. What a success it would be. It would be a brand with a Conservative seal of approval that you could trust to be wholesome and fiercely loyal to God, Family, and America. Leftist Hollywood would wither and die with such an alternative. I propose a Conservative Hollywood if you will, located in a Conservative state, run and owned by Conservatives living the Conservative credo. Patriotic movies are what I want personally, and movies that are good for children and the whole family to see. Movies that point out American exceptionalism and promote it. Is that alot to ask for? I don't think it is. Most people do not want to see movies about people and their abhorrent lifestyles or anti-American movies or pot smoking movies. Very few of us want to see that, and no true Conservative wants to see that.

     It isn't just the movie business that the left has infiltrated and stained. Any venue or information source you can think of and the leftists are there trying to take over and turn them into outlets to convince people that Marxism re-labeled as "progressive" is the compassionate way to go. You name it, books, magazines, movies, television, newspapers, the internet, broadcast news, even school books are starting to spew their propaganda as fact. However, whenever there is a Conservative alternative, it destroys the leftist propaganda everytime. The FOXNews Channel is a shining example of this. I remember when FOXNews broadcast their first day because I was watching. It was incredible to finally get an alternative to all of the garbage that we all had been fed for decades. The cable news leader at the time was CNN and they were the Goliath to FOXNews' David. CNN is no longer the cable news leader, in fact some of FOX's one hour shows beat CNN's entire day for viewership. FOXNews is now rivaling the big three networks for news ratings. Something thought impossible not long ago. Ted Turner the former owner of CNN laughed when FOXNews was started and stated that CNN would crush them "like a bug". I guess he hasn't read the David and Goliath story. CNN is on it's death bed in the ratings and looking very much like the proverbial crushed bug. Rush Limbaugh is another shining, glorious example of how Conservatism sells.

     Rush Limbaugh entered talk radio post-Fairness Doctrine and has singlehandedly resurrected what was, for many years, a dead band of radio frequency. Not only did he revive talk radio but he created an entire wildly profitable industry that is absolutely dominated by Conservatives. Leftists have tried talk radio but have failed miserably. No one wants to hear that America sucks and class warfare is stylish. Rush on the other hand has millions listening to his show every day. He has a massive following that call themselves "Dittoheads" (ditto meaning Rush says what they are thinking and saying in their own lives). Rush has to be given credit for the radio careers of Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Glenn Beck, Roger Hedgecock, Rusty Humphries, Mike Gallagher and Laura Ingraham just to name a famous few, he created the genre. I personally listen to on average 5 to 7 hours of talk radio a day. My job allows for that of course. Talk radio and FOXNews have allowed for the Conservative point of view to be expressed in contrast to the leftist view and contrary to popular leftist belief and speak, Conservatives love to give leftists their say, so that you as the listener can compare the two. You'll never see that in a leftist controlled forum for obvious reasons. The media now has alternatives for Conservatives and of course they are under attack constantly but at least we have them. Thank God for Rush Limbaugh, Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes. Murdoch and Ailes are behind the creation of FOXNews.

     School books are what really disturb me. Revisionist history should be as criminal as lying to a Grand Jury. On top of that we are being forced to fund the leftist indoctrination of children and that makes me angrier than any of it. The destruction of federal control of education needs to happen. Most of the knowledge I have accumulated aside from advanced mathematics, has been self taught. Children would be better off being home schooled rather than be subjected to the public school bureaucracy and leftist indoctrination. Leftists cannot explain away the success of private and parochial schools in contrast to public schools in nearly every aspect. But then again they don't care about success they care about power. Education is the next mountain we must tackle. Vouchers and parental choice must be demanded. The Department of Education must be dissolved and the tax money we pay for that wasteful bureaucracy left in the states for local control. In spite of the government and the oppressive taxation we the people have created free market alternatives that destroy the public option in performance. Here in Nevada parochial and private schools are leaps and bounds above the performance of the public school system. If you pay for it for your family you are going to demand the best and expect the best. The government in Washington is the third party unaccounted for lead weight we have to drag around. They take our money before we see it then use it against us. We will win this battle too and not do it in secret but out in the open. It is the American way of freedom of choice and the triumph of our people over those that seek to rule us when they are supposed to represent us and look after our public assets.

     I am not Mormon but I love their commercials on television about family and the importance of being a good parent etc. Everytime I see one of them I think about an alternative to the entertainment industry that is full of sex, drugs and criminal violence and the glorification of them. I know something alternative and truly Conservative would be a hit. Look at the audience that FOXNews, Rush and Mel Gibson have tapped into. We are the majority in this country. It is incredible to me that a loud and aggressive few, the hard core leftists, have been able to hijack our country in nearly every aspect. Someone is going to tap into this market with an idea like this and become a billionaire. Think about Mel Gibson's "Passion Of The Christ". That movie was shunned by every major studio in California. Gibson then used his own money to finance the entire thing and a small distributor to distribute it. The movie ended up grossing more than 600 million worldwide when it was all said and done. Leftists hated it and did what they could to diminish it, but it's impact was huge. It was the 900 lb Gorilla in the room for them in 2004. We need more of that kind of movie, religious as well as true, non revisionist history movies. People would buy it just on the premise that it was certifiably clean family entertainment. Parents have too much to worry about in this world without having to screen entertainment or any other product for their family before consuming it.

     I try not to buy from companies that are aligned with the left. But it would be nice to have a conservative seal of approval from a reliable source so as to not have to do research everytime you purchase something or see a movie etc. That is going to happen someday soon because there is a market for it in our free market. Conservatism sells and sells big. Think about it.

2010 Patriots Defeat Marxist Democrats

     Well here we are, it's 2010. "Judgment Day" for Congress is only 10 months away and the rats are already scurrying for cover ie; Byron Dorgan and Chris Dodd. They know that the exterminators are coming. Last year was an awful year and I'm not counting on this year being much better until November. The next 10 months are going to be alot of work. For me, it will be writing articles and continuing to involve myself with my own state Republican Party and the local Tea Party movement. This is on top of regular life duties, but I love every second of it, because I feel I am part of a movement that is going to save America from it's internal enemies. Everything we are doing is nothing compared to what the brave men and women of our military services are doing in Afghanistan. It is our duty to do the work here so they, the "Brave", have a "Home" to come back to. We will not let them down, because God and everyone else knows they have never let us down.

     This next election is one of the most important elections in our history and I know it goes without saying of course, but I am going to say it over and over again this year. We cannot forget, in the next ten months, that the Democrats want us to be a Marxist state controlled by them and that they have legislated to achieve that end. We cannot forget that government intervention into our lives on the scale that it even presently exists is intolerable and unconstitutional, and what the Democrats propose to do would send us on a path to complete destruction of everything that has been accomplished in the history of this country. I can't imagine what the Founding Fathers would think of the federal government as it operates now. I think Thomas Jefferson would be appalled by the encroachment of the federal government, on states and personal rights. James Madison the "Father of the Constitution" would be appalled at how phrases in the Constitution have been used seize the very power that the Constitution gives to We The People and the states. George Washington would be appalled by politicians pushing to be rulers rather than representatives. The Founders would not recognize this federal government. They went to war with England over less oppression than we are experiencing.

     We will not forget what happened in 2009 because it has frightened us to the core. I have never felt like this about our government in my life. I remember the feeling I got when I realized that despite a nearly 2 to 1 opposition to government health care that Congress was going to shove it down our throats and tell us we were going to get it anyway and that we should praise them for doing it. The Democrats attacked us and called us potential domestic terrorists. That frightens me to no end. That statement made by the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security coupled with the power that the Democrats are hurriedly attempting to seize is a huge red flag for me. That kind of power would give them ultimate control over every aspect of economy, society, and our people. Possessing that kind of power ultimately leads to the suppression of dissent and that my fellow Americans is a totalitarian existence. Immediately, Thomas Jefferson and his quote about fearing government and tyranny came to my mind.

     "When the government fears the people there is liberty, When the people fear the government there is tyranny"

     Let that fear sink in and turn it into action. I have been informing everyone within earshot. We all must be the Paul Revere of our own area of influence. Make this last year's experience become a history textbook moment. Explain it to the ignorant and kick the laziness from the apathetic in your life. Teach your children how close we came to losing everything to tyrants like Obama, Reid and Pelosi. We MUST stay engaged with the same fervor that led 80 year old seniors to protest at Tea Parties. We must be the anti-NEA teachers for our children. We must get people to think logically and see the fear that we see. We cannot rest for one minute until the leftists are driven from government and our liberties restored. We must demand that the bureaucratic quagmire in Washington is dismantled and that all three branches of government are returned to the enumerated, not assumed powers, stated in the Constitution.

     We The People can turn this moment in history into a great moment in American history by turning a complete 180° direction course change from tyranny to liberty. The momentum and the overwhelming majority of Americans are on our side. The true Marxist/Alinsky leftists are a very small minority. "Well Michael if that is the truth then why are they in power?" They are in power because they lie very effectively and convincingly. They are masters of propaganda because they have to be to succeed. Conservatives do not need to use propaganda because we tell the truth and use logic not emotion to explain our points. We have the example of America to use as proof of the success of Conservative philosophy. They pretend to be like us but do not act like us when in power. Ben Nelson from Nebraska and Blanche Lincoln from Arkansas are two prime examples.

     "Democrat" is now a dirty word to me. It symbolizes anti-American thought and activities at this point in history. There is nothing "Patriotic" about the Democrat party whatsoever. In fact since the days of Woodrow Wilson the self proclaimed "progressive" Democrats have been nibbling away our freedoms and working toward complete control. Entitlement programs are the prime example. The Democrats emotionally pitch them and then enslave you to the government with the implementation of them and the mandatory taxation of everyone to support them. "How does that work?" Look at how many people depend on Social Security to sustain them in their retirement years. They have the seniors right where they want them. Let them have that control and they will have you where they want you too. "Well I don't count on Social Security anyway" Great, but you still had to pay into it. Wait until they mandate that you use the government services. Mandated health care is what they are forcing on us right now. You will go to jail if you don't buy their health care. So much for Obama's promise of you'll be able to keep what you have.

     If leftists honestly believe that Marxism is the best way to govern, then why not say that? Why not articulate your position and let the people decide? The reason they don't articulate their positions truthfully is because Marxism is not better for the people, it is better for them. The Soviet Union was a Marxist state. What happened to them you say? They ended up collapsing when the people finally had enough of the shortages in food and medicine and toilet paper and every other necessity that the government is charged with supplying in a Marxist system. The leftists hate our society and believe the only way to change it is to subjugate the population through government and change society by law and force. The example of this is the 4 or 5 states that allow gay marriage. All of these states have gay marriage because of politicians not the people of the state voted for it. Every time gay marriage is left to a vote it fails by a landslide. The leftists have been incrementally working on this takeover for decades and must be stopped. We are not going to allow that to happen and if it does there will be a civil war. However, that said, I know that Americans that elected Obama for the most part had no clue how radical he really was. This will teach them to not get caught in the hype and to do the necessary research before they pull the lever. I believe it was Plato that long ago, paraphrased by me, said "People that refuse to engage in politics are bound to be ruled by the inferior".

     Keep a sharp eye for leftist tricks. They will do anything to minimize the damage. Including changing laws then changing them back to help them politically. Chris Dodd a leftist crook Senator from Delaware is not going to run in November so that another Democrat that has a better reputation and a lead over Republican challengers can keep the seat for Democrats. Don't fall for this or let your family and peers fall for that. Democrats are all the same now, no matter what they tell you to their face. There is no "better" Democrat they are all liars. "How can you paint with such a broad brush?" Answer this question for yourself. Why would anyone that cares for the Constitution run for office representing a party that has pushed for Marxism? They have all been shown to follow the party line even after campaigning and promising to be Conservative on this issue or that issue. I do not and you should not trust them ever. They will lie to you every single time. Do not trust everyone just because they have an "R" after their name either. Arlen Specter, Colin Powell and Tom Ridge are examples of people with and "R" that lie and do the work of the devil with a "D" in their hearts. Make sure you do your research and make sure that your candidates are Conservatives and have always been Conservatives. Conservatism is the founding ideology. Conservatism is America.

     We have them on the run. Lets make sure the door hits them on the way out. Let's do this for our children and our grandchildren. Let's do this for the memory of the Founders and for all of the men and women that gave their lives to preserve our freedoms. Let's do this for America.

Infiltration And Indoctrination

     The leftists, have infiltrated nearly every nook and cranny in America. Even the Republican party, the political party that is supposed to be Conservative must be purged of RINO's from time to time. It is a constant war that must be fought in order to preserve our rights guaranteed by God and the Constitution. Hollywood and the arts are always going to be flush with Che Guevara loving leftists, but my problem is that there is no other option than them. Public schools are populated with Marxist teachers trying to turn our children into the same America-hating heathens that they are. Granted there are exceptions as there are exceptions in Hollywood and the arts but the overwhelming majority of teachers and artists are leftists to some degree and control of the message is in their hands. We can always choose not to see a Hollywood movie that is overtly leftist, but anything to do with the government is forced upon us. Even if you send your children to a private school, you are bound by law to pay taxes to financially support the public school system that is indoctrinating every other child. Is that freedom to you? It isn't freedom to me!

     This has been happening for years in this country. The leftists feed on the ignorant and the apathetic like locusts. Misery loves company and they are recruiting people as fast as they can. Leftists like to think of themselves as intellectually superior and try to fool everyone with the act that politics and government are too complicated for the average American to understand. A complete lie that is perpetuated to make you think that they will do right by you at the time enslaving you to them. Think about how many people believe that the world is coming to an end if we keep driving SUV's. Al Gore said it himself that the polar ice caps would be completely melted in 5 years. So according to Al Gore in 2014 you will be able to sail to the North Pole. We all know that is also a lie, but leftists have no shame and a number of people believe this garbage. It's sad that I cannot go to a movie and not pick up some underlying message that America or the Military or the CIA is somehow responsible for every ill the planet has ever suffered. I want an alternative to that. I want the good versus evil movies but not where Americans are the villains, because we are not evil. Far from it. Where have all the cowboys gone? Where are the leaders and the men that stood up for what was right and demanded it? It has to be us or we will become the next footnote in history.

     The leftists, very quietly and very slowly over the last 100 years have gained control of and created bureaucracy that is very difficult to abolish. Take Social Security for example. Social Security was and still is a tax, plain and simple. More control over your money. I have no choice but to pay into Social Security and I probably will not see a dime of that money. Don't get me wrong, the people that receive Social Security for the most part paid into it their entire lives and deserve to get it back. The problem with a government entitlement like this is that the government did not save your money for you. They spent it, years ago. We, the workers and producers now are paying for it with funds that are supposed to be saved for us. The solution is for government to end mandatory enrollment into government entitlement programs and to stop spending the money. It's amazing to me the reactions I get when I tell my leftist friends this. They are so brainwashed into thinking that someone else is going to take care of you if you don't. That is a hard lesson to learn when you are retired past working age and broke.

     Everything the government provides for you must be taken with a hefty dose of skepticism and alternative preparedness. The fact that we are being stolen from on a bi-weekly basis by the IRS is criminal in the first place, let alone having money stolen in the guise that it is going to be given back in the future and squandered. Again I believe in paying my taxes and proudly do so when they are used for the duties of the government as declared in the Constitution, but I am more and more bitter about my taxes being stolen for bureaucracy and policy that I do not agree with and is used to strip us of our freedoms. Government has also been set up with a system of unions and civil service that virtually guarantees employment regardless of what you do. It takes an act of Congress to get fired from a government job. The heads of these departments are appointed and leave at the end of the presidential term so they really have no impact on the average worker there. Leftist workers and managers are entrenched in these places so even when a Conservative is elected President there is nothing they can do to purge them. Of course these workers and managers do their best to hamstring a Conservative President by leaking information for example and by being absolutely lazy and non-productive. Go to a federal government office with a problem you need to have resolved and 9 times out of 10 you are going to be angry when you leave. The system has to be brought back to the Constitution, because as it stands now the leftists and the bureaucrats have all of us by the throat.

     Obama and the Communist Congress are not being smart leftists. They are openly taking us to socialism with an eye on totalitarianism, providing us with evidence to show the doubters the contrast to the Constitution. In the past leftists were very sneaky, but not anymore. Obama came into office with some political capital but has overspent that by not fulfilling campaign promises to be different than what he was accusing Bush of being. Rather he is doing exactly what he accused Bush of doing. He has the full support of every bureaucrat and 90% of the media. That is another blessing in my opinion, because the media has always tried act like they were objective but are now showing their true leftist colors. The facade is finally being exposed for what it is and the ratings prove it. We know what the problem is and most of us always knew that there would be a tipping point where the lies and the truth would hit head on. This is it. We will also be provided with enormous political capital in the next two elections. What we demand be done with it will determine whether or not our children will continue to be indoctrinated by leftist teachers or whether illegal bureaucracies continue to exist.

     The American people also need to be slowly weaned from the many federal entitlement programs that now exist as well. I don't mean throwing grandmother in the street. I mean picking a year and children born that year will not have to be enrolled automatically in any federal entitlement. They will be free to choose where there money goes for their retirement. The states and the local governments will have control over social issues. This can happen. We can take the country back to where it was prosperous and free, but we have to demand it! We cannot allow leftists to control of government ever again. Politicians are like children, if you do not keep a close eye they are bound to get into trouble. When Conservatives regain power we must keep up the grassroots campaign to force them to live up to "OUR" expectations. We want government in Washington out of our lives. We demand that the government follow the Constitution and retract to that point. We are not going to put up with an institutional tyranny any longer, Infiltration and Indoctrination are going to end come Hell or high water.

The Dignity Is Lost On Obama

     I don't know if any of you caught the Obama speech at the Brookings Institute, (a leftist think tank) it was a doozy. He was speaking to a very friendly crowd and the lies were flowing out of his mouth like Bill Clinton during Grand Jury testimony. The one thing that really annoys me about him beyond his radical Marxist agenda, is his lack of respect for the office of President. Over the previous 43 different administrations traditional protocol has been established and there are certain things you do not do. One of them is to bad mouth the previous administration in public. It is a political position but only 43 people have ever been President. (Yes it is 43, Grover Cleveland had two terms that were not consecutive and he is considered the 22nd and 24th President, Obama is the 44th). It is a very exclusive club and policy aside you do not want to be considered to have been a stain on that club, at least I wouldn't want to be. There are always surrogates that can surreptitiously voice your opinions without you having to.

     Most Presidents care about their legacy but Obama has broken that mold. Now that Obama is going to be considered a bane to the office, the other two living democrat former Presidents are following suit. Clinton's legacy was shot before he left office, but Carter despite having one of the most inept administrations ever was still considered a class act. Recently however he can no longer hold back and is showing his true unrefined far left colors and lack of respect for the office he once held. It is undignified to bad mouth your predecessor, but democrats have become emboldened and more and more radical as they can smell the health care bill passing. They hate being held back from being as crazy as they are by something as petty as protocol and etiquette. Forget about legacy, they could care less about legacy if they can get the leftist agenda advanced. The whole thing kind of saddens me because as a child I always looked up to the President. I remember thinking that the office of President was the zenith of accomplishments and only the most intelligent, capable and morally solid men would ever be able to get to that level. So much for childhood innocence and idealism.

     Another aspect of this is the stark contrast between President Bush and President Obama. President Bush never talked bad about Bill Clinton or his administration while in office. I don't think he did when he was campaigning in 2000 or 2004. It wasn't because he didn't want to point out that Clinton was an embarrassment to the office. He simply had the class to focus on what he would bring to the Presidency and not how much he could trash his predecessor. During his years in office he never lashed out at his vocal critics. He was quiet to the point that I think it hurt his presidency when lies were allowed to hang in the air with no response. President Bush was dignified in office and remains so to this day. It is also sad that society in general is not more appalled at the lack of dignity of our current President.

     To sit there and lie about something that everyone who pays attention for more than a fleeting second knows is a bald face lie, says alot about the man. He has been in office for almost a year and he still is blaming the Bush administration. The one thing Obama is going to learn is failure, because blaming Bush is only going to be able to be used for so long before there is a backlash. It is becoming very obvious that Conservatives were right about him and his radical ties, and what he had planned for us. I have no respect for Obama because to him the Presidency is a vehicle to become a ruler. I am different than a democrat though. If someone from another country trashes my President I would defend them and not let a foreigner talk bad about them. Even if they were trashing Obama. Americans can call them names but for a foreigner to do that is not appropriate to me as I would never trash their leaders.

     Obama himself is the exact opposite in that his job is to promote and stand up for America. He does neither rather goes overseas and trashes America and apologizes for us. It's embarrassing to me. At a time when we need a strong leader, we get an amateur community organizer. President Bush is a good man, a christian and a decent President and regardless of whether you agreed with his administration or not, he doesn't deserve to be trashed by a President. I didn't agree with a number of his policies but he never let me down by not being a dignified President. Obama is letting us all down in nearly every aspect. For all of the hype he has turned out to be an incredible mistake that I hope is burned into the minds of his regretful voters for life.

Hold Your Breath Exhaling Is Pollution

     The hits just keep on a comin'. The EPA announced today that it was declaring CO2 a hazard to human health and that it was going to be regulated as such. Every week there is a new, bizarre announcement from the Obama government. In the face of cliff diving poll numbers the Obama administration and the Marxist Congress chug along implementing as much of the leftist wish list from the past 100 years as they can get done before they are all thrown out. I am incredulous at their blatant disregard for the will of the people, and when the majority of the American people figure out what they did today they will be incredulous as well. If Conservatives cannot take control of Congress or at least one of the two bodies of Congress next year we are in for bad times soon.

     "Global warming", "global cooling" and "man-made climate change" are all the same power grabbing lies that leftists have been spreading for years. No matter what man does we are still ants scurrying around on the jungle floor to the earth. We can affect local pollution levels but global climate change is way out of our realm. The sun is what controls our weather, not car or factory exhaust. The leftists are lying to all of us to steal our liberty and secure complete power. It all sounds like an Orwell novel but it's true, and you can prove it to yourself by reading their own words. Read Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" along with Karl Marx's "The Communist Manifesto" and you will see that Barack Obama and the Maxist Congress are following it step by Marxist step. The book explains propaganda techniques and what should be done in our system to seize control. Tyrants always publish their intentions then fulfill their prophecies in front of the noses of the people that should know better. We are in that place in our history right now.

     CO2 is not a hazard to our health. In fact CO2 is what we exhale and what plants need to produce Oxygen for us to breathe. We are all part of a big earth bio system that corrects and changes as it goes despite us. Nothing we do can hurt this planet long term. Even when we exploded dozens of nuclear and hydrogen bombs on the Pacific island of Bikini, life returned and radiation in the ocean was washed away. Nothing can stop mother nature. The fact that the EPA would declare CO2 hazardous to humans is simply too obvious a farce to be taken lightly. CO2 is hazardous to humans if that is all you have to breathe but then again so is oxygen. Water can be toxic if you drink too much of it, are they going to regulate water emissions? Like I said before, it is all part of the bigger "climate change" scam along with "cap & trade".

     This scam that will give them more power over private sector businesses. Factories will be restricted and taxed which will give them no choice but to charge more for services and products. The consumer is the one that is going to suffer and the government will blame it on business. See the pattern? It is happening as we speak. The leftists in government are blaming "BIG Insurance" and "BIG Oil" etc etc. They will villify them while stealing our freedoms. Before you know it we will have to ask the government permission to breathe and have to use one square of toilet paper per visit to the bathroom. This is no joke, and if we do not raise the alarm loud enough to overturn this government next year, America as we know it will quickly dissolve into something from a nightmare.

     I am not going to compare Obama to everything Hitler represents, but Hitler came to power through elections the same as Obama, and slowly grabbed power like Obama is attempting to do now. By the time the German people came around from their ignorant funk it was too late. Hitler was very incremental and slowly built his power until he controlled all of Germany one way or another. After that, there was no opposition left for fear of reprisal. Hitler was intimately involved in all aspects of the German economy. Remember every crazy leftist utterance by heart, because if they are left in power it will become law sooner or later. CO2 regulation is only the beginning, trust me. Stay tuned.

Abortion Is Disgusting Murder

     My disgust of abortion is another "social issue" that has leftists and left leaning drones hating me, but I don't care. God forbid the world from turning if they can't murder another innocent American that should have the same rights as it's parents, but doesn't because it was conceived after a drunken one-nighter at the club. A mother with an unborn baby in the womb has the option to murder her own child because her "choice" to do so is elevated above the child's right to live according to the left. The sad part is that they were able to get the Supreme Court to vote their way in "Roe vs Wade". If you have ever had an abortion or seen video or pictures of an abortion proceedure you will understand what I mean. How any woman could do that to their own flesh and blood is beyond me.

     All of those people are going to have alot to answer to God for. It is the most disgusting, heart wrenching thing to know that a living baby was murdered and plopped out on a hospital pan like a tumor, then tossed in with the rest of the trash. Who has the right to do that? Who has the right to take a living human and end their life because they would have been inconvenient? Nobody does. Why don't the most innocent and vulnerable have an automatic right to a chance at life? It's a sick and twisted moral atmosphere we live in now, that's why. There are lots and lots of people who would love to have a baby but cannot conceive, yet they are denied the chance to raise that baby because a messed up girl or woman wants her baby dead rather than to have a chance at life with someone else to love them. What have we come to? Leftists think that criminal murderers, rapists and animals have more of a right to life than babies.

     The most fervent supporters of abortion are women and girls that have never ever actually had or witnessed an abortion, and also of course the leftist hardcore that want to destroy all that we hold dear, including life. Women and girls are fed lies about how the evil "right wing" want to take their rights away and make them die getting abortions in a back alley with a coat hanger. I have a better option. Don't become a slut and you won't have to worry about taking care of, or murdering a baby. In the days before the 60's moral disaster, having to get an abortion was attached with an enormous stigma. The shame that a family felt because their daughter had sex before marriage was enough to make anyone think twice. Shame is a good thing, the thought of shaming your family is even better, it keeps you balanced and moving forward not falling for the quick thrill but rather contemplating the future consequences of stupid actions. Leftists despise feeling ashamed about anything. They reject it, and their lives are chaotic and unhappy as a result. Leftists also reject God or the existence of God so they never have him to rely on when things are not going well for them or when they go home to suffer after having just murdered their own baby. God would give them a foundation for life. That would make them see that appreciating another human life allows you to truly appreciate your own.

     Science is the leftist God, unless of course the science doesn't go their way, then they make it up like "global warming". The problem with leftist scientists is that they think they are alot smarter than what they really are and it destroys their ability to be objective. Instead of trying to find out how things work, in their minds they already know, and work to convince people that theories that advance their leftist cause are "settled science". Well guess what, nothing is settled science, nothing. When they can definatively prove where life came from scientifically, and recreate it from scratch at will, only then will have they legitimacy. That will happen as fast as they can stop hurricanes and find bigfoot. Evolution is settled science to them and that cannot be proven no matter how many headlines that they have finally found the "missing link". They lie and don't have a problem with it. It all leads back to their theory that lightning struck a pond with chemicals in the right area and created life. Amazing isn't it. None of them were there to witness this or have ever been able to recreate it, but it's settled science to them nonetheless. Therefore, a baby is just a chemical reaction not a living breathing human with a soul.

     God creates life and only God can call life back to Heaven. Murderers are going to pay for doing what is God's right in the afterlife. I cannot condone in my mind the abortion of any life. However, I know there are situations that some deem necessary to abort a pregnancy in order to save the mother's life or the mental health of the mother as in the case of rape and incest. I cannot have children and cannot speculate as to what I would do or feel if I were a woman or girl in a rape or incest situation. The only advice I would give is to tell the victim to pray to God and he will let you know what to do. It should not be an automatic decision to end a life no matter how it was conceived. You never know what God has planned for that life, and if you truly have faith in God you know that he will not give you more than you can handle and he will decide. I know these are the sticking points in this whole argument even with God fearing Conservatives, but I can't imagine God condoning ending a life he created without his blessing and it would be wise to let him decide. If you are sincere in your faith, he will let you know what to do and take the burden from your shoulders.

     Politically, I have repeated over and over again that leftists want to destroy everything we would deem worthy to fight for. Their twisted minds believe that utopia would exist in a world where no one cares if the 50 year old neighbor impregnates your 12 year old daughter. They are sick people and they have chosen to pick this path for our entire country, whether you like it or not. The health care bill in whatever form it comes in is going to include government funded abortion. You can count on that. Who are they to use my money for something that I find morally reprehensible? They have no right to do that. Anyone that does not know or care to be involved, and does not see what the leftists have in mind for all of us, need to wake up and realize that sooner rather than later one of their boundaries will be crossed. I keep track of what is going on and anyone that reads this article keeps track of what is going on, and we are raising the alarm to as noisy a decibel as possible to wake up the ignorant and apathetic. If let go to their wishes, the left will have abortion as natural and accepted as drinking coffee in the morning, with all of us funding it. God is going to deal with evil in heaven and we have to stop the evil of abortion here on earth.

Sacrificing For America Has Been Hijacked

     There used to be a time when sacrificing for the greater good was considered an honorable thing. There also used to be a time when you could walk down the street and every house had an American flag displayed. What happened to those times? Sacrificing for America was what you did naturally, just like sticking up for your siblings against neighborhood bullies. Sacrificing for America was never a question, now it is. Why? It's in question now because you don't know if you want to defend, the direction America is heading. No one thought things would get as skewed as they are. Society is now full of spoiled brats young and old that wouldn't know sacrifice if it slapped them in the face. Sacrificing for America now is pledging allegiance to Barack Obama and furthering the Marxist cause he has planned for this country. It's not mom and apple pie anymore. It's hookers and blow. It's not Norman Rockwell and John Wayne anymore. It's Larry Flynt and Sean Penn. Our society the way it is headed is not worth sacrificing for. A whole lot more needs to be done to correct the path we are on or we will end up a footnote in history.

     Please do not take this wrong. I am not saying America is not worth fighting for. I am bound by my own creed to defend America. I defend the America of George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and Ronald Reagan. I defend the America that is spelled out in the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution. Millions of Americans sacrificed their time, money and sometimes alot more this past year protesting the evil that grips our country right now. If you are reading this you are sacrificing your time trying to educate yourself or to get a new or different perspective to combat the leftists you encounter. The people that put their hand over their heart when they hear the Star Spangled Banner, are the ones that understand what is going to happpen to America if we let it go down without a fight. Those people are sacrificing for all of us. It's not going to come to violence I hope, and we can assure that it doesn't by fighting back now and stopping the leftist democrats.

     The key is to educate people and point out that the democrat party of 2009 is not the democrat party of 1960.  The democrat leadership now wants to rule, not serve the country, and take us to a place devoid of the freedoms we have enjoyed for 233 years. These are the facts that must be taught to those that do not already know. Our time and money is what we will have to sacrifice which is alot better than sacrificing blood. The sacrifices that President Obama and Vice President Biden have in mind are paying more taxes so they can seize more of your liberties. They would love it also if you perpetuated the removal of your freedoms by working for criminal fronts like ACORN and the SEIU to commit voter fraud to try and rig elections and also to get more people dependent on government entitlements. The slavery of the 21st century.

     When the leftists talk about sacrificing for America, they mean help to destroy what we have built over the past 233 years and transform it into a depreciated quagmire run by guess who? That's right, leftist democrats. To the rank and file leftist its the idea of leftist utopia and the dream of peace and harmony, but to the leadership it is the dream of unmitigated rule. We all know the leftist utopia is not possible and leftist rule is not tolerable. Not on my watch is that going to happen. Not without a fight from me. America is the best country in the world because of the sacrifices of our ancestors, of blood, sweat and tears. To let it crumble is a slap in the face to anyone that died or lost the quality of their lives because they gave for America. Everyone in this country should go to Washington D.C. at least once in their lives. Not because of the White House or the Capitol Building or the Smithsonian etc, you should go to see the founding documents in the National Archives and then take a trip across the Potomac River to Arlington, Virginia and see the thousands that died keeping those documents salient. The people at Arlingtom sacrificed for America. They sacrificed everything they had or would ever have for America. Our honor would be gone if we allowed their efforts to be in vain.

     When I talk to people about this subject I usually get a strange look. Most people are not going to willingly sacrifice their lives for a concept or a flag, but Americans sacrifice for America not because of a flag but because of what America stands for. America stands for your family and God and the wonderful freedoms we have. America stands for victory in everything we put our minds to, and the best that the world has to offer. America stands for the opportunities that this country provides because we are a free people with a free market economy. You sacrifice and fight to preserve the right to drive your car when you want, or eat what you want and all the little things that we all have taken for granted for years. I am willing to sacrifice for America, but not for Obama's vision. Fighting Obama's vision, is sacrificing for America for me. He cannot fool all of us and we are the majority and we will be in the "super" majority when we complete the momumental task of educating everyone in America to what is going on. I will cherish that day in November of 2010 and again in 2012 when we will all be able to see the fruits of our labor and sacrifice. It is the least we could do for the ones that have sacrificed before us and the ones that are going to sacrifice after us.
