Priorities After Judgment Day 2010

I think it is pretty safe to assume that the 2010 midterm elections are going to be a good for Conservative candidates. I am of course hoping that there isn't a democrat elected or re-elected in that election but I know that isn't going to happen. However, there is no reason we cannot take at least the House of Representatives and put a big dent in the Senate. Either way the leftists know that they must get everything they want passed between now and then. They will pull off every trick in the book to get their terrible agenda signed into law. We are doing the right thing now. We are protesting every step of this in numbers they have never seen from our side. The polls are on our side and politicians in safe areas before are seeing that they are extremely vulnerable now.

I am extremely proud of the Republican leadership and the overwhelming majority of the rank and file Republicans in Congress. The few Republican RINO's that are voting like democrats are going to find out in a very rude manner, that they do not belong in our party. I cannot stress enough, the importance of Conservatives in blue states, getting involved in their local Republican party to insure the removal of RINO's by primary. It is essential to make sure that the contrast between the Republican candidate and the democrat candidate is very bold and very clear. The nomination of John McCain is the glaring example of how we lose when we put a RINO up against a democrat. This cannot happen again. Reject those that would sacrifice core Conservative principles for any reason. The next two elections are going to be landmark elections in our history, and could very well determine whether or not we survive as a nation.

Everyone also must keep in mind that just taking the next election in big numbers is only going to stop the leftists from passing more legislation. The task at hand is enormous. Not only do we have to win overwhelmingly in the next two elections, we have to take control of both houses of Congress in order to overturn the damage they have done. Also, nothing is going to get overturned until Obama is voted out. He will veto anything that turns back his agenda and will also veto anything that comes from the Conservatives. A federal stalemate will be fine by me for two years. In order to advance we must keep the momentum powering along through the 2012 elections. I don't think that is a long time to fight when it means that we save the country from total collapse. The democrats were able to take over the Presidency and both houses of Congress in two elections and we are going to do the same. We will keep the fire on all politicians to do what they were sent there for.

What I really feel good about is that many more people are paying attention now that never did before. I see it daily. We as politically knowledgeable people have to be the source of information for the ignorant. We have to be the people that make the leftists look like fools when they are spouting off lies. Leftists have gotten away with mouthing off without challenge forever. Not anymore. Never let them talk without challenging them. Always be the bigger person and treat them respectfully. Let them call you names and blame President Bush.

Make them explain in detail what Bush did that was so bad and exactly what Obama is going to do and how it is going to work. Ask them why the "Stimulus" has not been very stimulating, rather things have spirlaled down since. I often ask them questions and make them explain in detail why their way is the best way. They cannot do that obviously because their way of solving problems is to make an emotional decision that never work. People on the sidelines pay attention to this and notice when you make sense. Arm yourself with logic and the Constitution and you will never lose. The worst thing to do is to let the leftists speak and not be challenged by logic. Point out the irony and hypocrisy of their arguments. It feels good to get the sideline people to think logically.

The priorities for us after winning the 2010 elections is for one to keep the wave moving forward. We cannot allow politicians, even our own, to relax and not solve the problems they were sent there for. We must keep the tea-party uprising moving along until the federal government is returned to "We The People". We must press them to fix health care the right way, to close the borders, to stop deficit spending, to start the process of scaling back dependent entitlement programs and cutting the national debt to stabilize the dollar, to name a few. The issues are endless but I am going to explain them one by one here at The Patriot Journal. Anyone who reads this blog will know exactly what needs to be done to bring this country back from total disaster. Believe me when I say we are close to disaster. We can comeback from anything because we are hard working Americans but we can avoid having to comeback from total disaster by turning our political direction around. Ignorance is a sorry reason to have to endure infinitely more pain in the process.

The Conservative uprising is proof that there are a majority of Americans that believe in the Constitution as interpreted by the Founding Fathers. These principles are the Founding Principles and they must be taught to everyone. The leftists have infiltrated every important aspect of our lives. The public education system must be abolished at the federal level. We cannot allow leftists from California and Massachusetts to determine what must be taught in a school in Texas or Alaska or any other state. The federal government has overstepped it's authority in this respect and the leftists have used it to indoctrinate and dumb down our children.

We should not be forced to bankroll a system that is for one a complete failure and two teaching falsehoods and leftist principles. I do not want children learning about sex in school or alternative lifestyles. Education is a big one but the financial shape we are in must be the first priority addressed. There is no reason after 2010 that any deficit spending happens. I don't care if they have to shut the parks down and work by candlelight in Washington. There had better not be one dime spent in deficit after we take control.

These are like I said just a few important issues, but as you can see we have alot of work ahead of us. Remember that they work for us with OUR money! They are not allowed to put us into bankruptcy. After 2010 we will have more politicians that listen and think like we do but we are the ones that have to keep track and make sure that they are getting done what we want done. 2010 will be an election that gives us back a roadblock for the leftists. 2012 will give us back power, but we have to keep going between now and then. After 2012 we will, if we have the right people in office, be able to repeal the leftist agenda and put forth a return to the Founding Principles. Even after 2012 if everything goes right we must make sure that the Founders agenda is restored. I feel good about the future because I know that I have millions upon millions of fellow Patriots fighting next to me. Our priorities are clear, it is up to us to get it done.

How very accurately put. I just wanted to add a little harmony to this point.
Seeing the reality of more independents filling in with Republicans is not just a given. Without a true vision of the standing principles of the party and candidate will be the issue that will be key to bringing back the party.

The Republicans need to develop a strong platform not what is not Obama for we have had enough of not just Obama more than can be said on the point we are fed up with Politicians who do not vote the direction of their constituents. Also we are going to look for people who want to decrease the size of government. Reagan elegantly expressed and we only learned for a couple of years. The circus came to town and snake oil was sold to us as the new and improved government light and we have ended up with the only group of employees who have grown the public sector who are overhead and do not add value to our lives.

If there is anything that needs to be said it is the fact of let’s not get to heady about this change of tide, we have a long way to go and the voting public votes on what is best for them, a very fickle landscape. Greased pigs are hard to catch but not as hard as politicians. We need to keep in place of who is working for whom.
