Obama Throws CIA Under The Bus For Reconciliation
Just when you thought that the democrats could go no lower they break another record being the most anti-American organization this side of Al-Qeada and the Taliban. If I had my way we would deport them all to the communist country of their choice. That is what they want here. No I don't mean every democrat, I mean the hard left wing of their party that is making a mockery of it now. Obama and his Attorney General Eric Holder are trying to deflect attention from health care so that the health care bill can be split in two and rammed down our throats with a huge side dish of propaganda. Holder and Obama are throwing the CIA under the bus with a phony, politically stinking investigation into interrogation techniques performed on terrorists captured after 9/11 and only ones pertaining to top tier captures. But all of the details of that do not matter because it's all a ruse.
The leftists want a "single payer" system which means the government controls health care and every aspect of it. None of us really want that. If you think other government agencies are lacking wait until they control health care and are short money. The care will be very bad and bureaucrats will decide what they will pay for and that will decide your health care. They are also going to cut payments to doctors. They will have to, a plan that covers 300 million and every illegal that comes here is going to cost so much that we couldn't be taxed enough to pay for it. This all means doctors will not be as motivated and would be doctors will chose another field. In short we do not want that or anything close to that. We do not want these people voting on something this personal. However the leftists are determined to pass a bill this year.
What they are going to attempt to do is to split the bill in two and hide the fact that they are putting their foot in the door for a government take over of health care down the road in increments. We must smash that foot with a sledgehammer. We say "NO" to any health care related bill generated by this Congress! We wait until January 2011 when the new Congress is seated, then we talk about real solutions, like tort reform, pooling across state lines, tax breaks, and health savings accounts. The foot in the door can be any aspect of it that needs government money. Once government money is involved then it is only a matter of time before they are adding more money and more regulation in lieu of that money, then taking over. We cannot fall for any of their sleight of hand tricks. They will pull out all the stops on this campaign because they know once health care is in their hip pocket the rest of your freedoms are coming down like dominoes. Socializing health care is the holy grail for leftists. They have been trying to get this for decades. They can taste the power this will give them and they are tirelessly going to lie, cheat, and steal for it for however long it takes.
The whole splitting of the bill in two is just another head fake. Chuck Schumer, a Senator from New York is the one that is trying to pull this trick. It's called "Reconciliation". Reconciliation is just a Senate rule allowing for the majority to get bills voted on with just a majority vote and not the regular 60 vote super majority or filibuster proof vote. It was meant for low impact, low budget or deficit cutting bills not for massive bills that would increase the deficit. Schumer and his cohorts in the Senate are going to use this trick to pass the part of the bill that allows the government that foot in the door to take over later. We must stop them on this and that is why we are going to call them out and point out their tricks of deception.
The whole way that the Justice Dept. and the White House are disrespecting the fine men and women of the CIA for nothing more than distraction from health care is despicable. None of those brave people deserve this. None of them should have to put up with this. The CIA is the main intelligence agency and have done a great job for 60 plus years. Most of the people that work there are true Patriots and especially the ones that had to go overseas to interrogate and gather information to use to protect this country. They were and are in the worst places in the world like Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq. They deserve alot better than this. If anyone gets thrown under a bus it should be the current government.

It is despicable and heinous that Obama and his cronies have diminished the role of the CIA all in the efforts to subterfuge our government. Obama knows nothing of military strategy or how to run our highly sophisticated intelligence operation. The CIA has helped to protect us diligenty from the time of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. If it werene't for Bush's valiant efforts, our country wouldn't have been as safe! I despise terrorists being treated with "kid gloves" when they have no mercy on our soldiers, ie., beheadings, cutting their bodies to pieces and dragging them through the streets. I believe Obama is leaving us more vulnerable to attack!

We have been putting up with politicians like this for a long time, but I believe the people are getting boiling over fed up with politicians who try to change everything for power. Politicians have always been throw-aways in this country, we are not about to let them change that status. Obama has bad political days coming for him. The elites in Congress are going to feel the wrath as well.

This evening I learned that Leon Panetta, CIA Director, is raising the issue that he may resign from his position at the agency in view of Obama's decision to diminish and significantly reduce its impact on procuring and maintaining the protections of our national defense as well as undermining the safety of our military as they combat terrorist insurgents. This decision while constructive for Panetta is again initiating another erosion of our national safety and defense. I can understand Panetta's decision in stepping down, but the CIA will lack continuity by his absence.
I also want to inform your subscribers that I have been learning disturbing news emanating from the Obama administration with respect to the recruitment of "Internment/Resettlement Specialists" who are specifically being recruited to maintain prisoners who are regarded as "conservative extremists" or "dissidents" against Obama's policies and decisions. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has warned about "right-wing extremists" who could pose a danger to the country--such as those who oppose abortion, etc. The Department of Defense is describing protestors as "low-level terrorists".
Additionally, Obama has hired Van Jones as his "Green Job Czar" as of 3/10/09. Jones is a known radical Communist, Marxist and vulgar Maoist who is behind www.ColorofChange.com which he founded and he is instrumental in getting advertisers yanked from "The Glenn Beck Show" which airs on FOX News due to Beck referring to Obama as a racist.
Jones began his communistic association after the Rodney King riots. He has had many radical associations and is known to have worked with many communistic leaders. He concludes all his e-mails by quoting from communist leaders. Jones has a known association with William Ayers, who Obama vehemently denied he had an association with during the presidential campaign.
All of the facts I cited were obtained through the National Guard with respect to the specialists. In addition, Google has millions of references about Jones and thousands about his Communist activities.
For a president to create camps for people who oppose his views is tantamount to "extremism" in and of itself! These signs have the making of a Gestapo leader--one who renounces anyone who defies him!
For a president to have hired a Communist as his Czar is both frightening and criminal in a nation based on democracy!
Obama is "changing" America in highly negative ways!

I find it very sad that the left is willing to endanger the security of our country for political gain. Their actions will cause good people in the Intelligence community to not take any chance because they may be punished later. This administration will cause damage to our intelligence community for a long time to come.

If you are aware of the unconstitutionality of the mandate, then why haven't the Republicans on top of this situation? Have you informed your Republican legislators of your findings. If not, do you plan to? If the mandate is "unconstitutional", then wouldn't Congress have to amend our Constitution? I would think that they would have to under the circumstances. Meanwhile, the Health Care Bill can't adopt this measure against our citizens and needs to be undoubtedly removed from it!

Yes the Republicans are on top of this and are doing what they can to stop it. The reality is that Congress can pass whatever they want and it is law until challenged and overturned in federal court. Most of what Congress does today in the modern form of our federal government is unsconstitutional. Read my next article I am going to go into this subject in depth.

A License Required for your house
Thinking about selling your house - A look at H.R. 2454 (Cap and trade bill)
Beginning 1 year after enactment of the Cap and Trade Act, you won't be able to sell your home unless you retrofit it to comply with the energy and water efficiency standards of this Act.
H.R. 2454, the "Cap & Trade" bill passed by the House of Representatives, if also passed by the Senate, will be the largest tax increase any of us has ever experienced. The Congressional Budget Office (supposedly non-partisan) estimates that in just a few years the average cost to every family of four will be $6,800 per year. No one is excluded. However, once the lower classes feel the pinch in their wallets, you can be sure these voters get a tax refund (even if they pay no taxes at all) to offset this new cost. Thus, you Mr. and Mrs. Middle Class America will have to pay even more since additional tax dollars will be needed to bail out everyone else.
But wait. This awful bill (that no one in Congress has actually read) has many more surprises in it.
Probably the worst one is this: A year from now you won't be able to sell your house.
Yes, you read that right. The caveat is (there always is a caveat) that if you have enough money to make required major upgrades to your home, then you can sell it. But, if not, then forget it. Even pre-fabricated homes ("mobile homes") are included.
In effect, this bill prevents you from selling your home without the permission of the EPA administrator.
To get this permission, you will have to have the energy efficiency of your home measured. Then the government will tell you what your new energy efficiency requirement is and you will be forced to make modifications to your home under the retrofit provisions of this Act to comply with the new energy and water efficiency requirements. Then you will have to get your home measured again and get a license (called a "label" in the Act) that must be posted on your property to show what your efficiency rating is; sort of like the Energy Star efficiency rating label on your refrigerator or air conditioner. If you don't get a high enough rating, you can't sell. And, the EPA administrator is authorized to raise the standards every year, even above the automatic energy efficiency increases built into the Act.
The EPA administrator, appointed by the President, will run the Cap & Trade program (AKA the "American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009") and is authorized to make any future changes to the regulations and standards he alone determines to be in the government's best interest. Requirements are set low initial y so the bill will pass Congress; then the Administrator can set much tougher new standards every year. The Act itself contains annual required increases in energy efficiency for private and commercial residences and buildings. However, the EPA administrator can set higher standards at any time.
