It has to make you chuckle a little bit, so as not cry. Of course no one is going to pay attention to Obama this week because of the Sotomayor hearings going on in the Senate. But, not your humble blogger at the Patriot Journal. I listen to everything he says. He has changed direction more times than a gazelle being chased by a cheetah. I remember in February when "the financial world was going to collapse" if the 787 billion dollar Stimulus Bill was not passed immediately. Well 2.5 million jobs lost later and the economy is still not moving. Today he says "the economy is worse than we thought it was" and he "expects job losses to go up in the coming months".

     He knew how bad the economy was and he also knew how bad it was going to get. In February he also said that this economy was as bad as the 1930's depression. He knew what was going on in the economy. It wasn't really that bad but he intends to make it that bad. He and the rest of the leftists are like those crazy arsonists that start fires then show back up at the scene to "help" put the fire out or save somebody inside. It's all a con job. The funny part is how he dances to whatever tune is playing at the time and gets away with it, lying all the way. He doesn't care what he has said in the past or how much he is contradicting himself. It's also amazing how the leftist media lets him do it. But then again journalism has been dead for some time now.

     He is using this economy created by him and the Democrats per the "subprime" mortgage debacle to push his agenda of expanding government and taking over the private sector economy. Here is how I know this. First of all, I know the leftist manifesto, Karl Marx wrote in the 1800's and Obama was tutored in Saul Alinsky's "Rules For Radicals" when he was a young up and coming "community organizer" Secondly, every economist that doesn't have a leftist agenda knows that the only way for government to help the economy is to cut taxes across the board and stay out of the way. The economy could have been going along fine by now. He and his cronies took the Stimulus money and back loaded it so that there might be a boost right before the elections in 2010 and especially in 2012.

     However there isn't going to be a boost. No matter how much the leftist media wants you to think it, the economy is going south and south is where it is going to stay. No investor in their right mind is going to invest with this government in power, no business is going to expand and regular folks are not going to purchase extras. They are going after the "rich"  and that means all of us because we all invest, and the evil companies that he is going to tax are the companies that we own 401k stock in and give us our jobs. He says private yachts and planes and the like are bad for corporations or anyone to buy now, except if you are working for the company that builds them. Same with anything viewed as "rich". Although, he and the elite leftist class won't suffer. Hell no, if they want a yacht they'll buy it and they all still jet around in chartered or owned private jets.  If you are working for small business, Obama is helping you right out of your job along with 2.5 million others and rising.

     Obama and the pretentious 111th Congress are also using the economic opportunity to lie about "Global Warming" to take over the energy industry with "Cap and Trade". All in the guise of helping out the disaffected and the working class or the environment, it's all a lie to grab power. Obama said it himself that he would tax coal out of existence. I hope all those union mine workers are happy they voted for him. And lets not forget "nationalized health care" the grand daddy of all leftist schemes. Medicare has failed and Medicaid is a complete failure and both are bankrupt, you don't want to end up in a government hospital like VA you would be appalled.

     So, let me summarize, the current economy created by leftists and that continues to be pushed down by leftists is going to be solved by leftists taxing us all more, and surreptitiously making business charge more, and creating a debt that our great grand kids won't be able pay off and taking over the economy. Not even close. Obama is a liar with an agenda and is going to ruin 233 years of wisdom and unprecedented prosperity, for an ideology that has failed every single time. If you love America and our way of life you had better get involved in politics right away, because it gets alot worse from here, ask the Russians.
